Set in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by nature, you'll love the convenient beach access path—just 1,390 ft. away. For a more leisurely outing, enjoy the scenic walking trail around the stocked 7-acre lake, perfect for spotting turtles, birds, and other local wildlife. Guests also have access to the community bike path and nearby tennis courts for even more ways to enjoy the outdoors.

Your private pool, bubbling hot tub, and multiple decks set the stage for lounging and laughter. In 2026, you'll have both a gas grill and a charcoal grill at your disposal, making cookouts a breeze. Comfortable outdoor furniture ensures everyone has a favorite spot, whether it's sunbathing, stargazing, or sipping a drink poolside.

Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open from the first week of April, 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is not available for guest use.
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
