Ground Level: Outside you'll find the private pool, outside shower and hot tub (Mid level deck). Entry level and laundry room with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: 2 Queen Master Bedrooms both with TV and private bathrooms and a Queen Bedroom with deck access that shares a bath with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and deck access. Hot Tub is on the deck with table and chairs seating 6.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD, stereo/CD and deck access, dining area seating 8, kitchen with counter seating for 3, half bath and a King Master Bedroom with TV, whirlpool bathtub and separate shower.

Extras: Private Pool (10 x 24), Hot Tub, 5 TVs (with 60+ channel streaming service), DVD player, 2 pack-n-plays, high chair, gas & charcoal grills, community water, high-speed internet, large dog crate, 6 minute walk to the beach, linens and towels provided and Monteray Shores Community amenities. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Great location and home

The home had lots of windows to bring in the sunlight —- recommend travel blackout shades! There were enough bathrooms and bedrooms for our group of six adults and five kids. Pool was small but just what we needed, hot tub was a bonus. The pool and beach gear at the house was helpful (wagon, chairs, shovel). The house is an easy walk to the beach (.5 miles). Someone used the gym (1 mile) but otherwise we did not try the community pool (1 mile).

Family Vacation

House is very roomy. Was not very clean when we arrived, however, and the cleaning crew was still there (supposed to be out by 4pm). The code to the door was not working for the first day either. Pool was clean and so was hot tub. The sink to the master bathroom was broken and I reported it right away, but no one seemed to care. All the boogie boards were in bad shape (broken or coming apart). House needs some updates. Otherwise, everything was comfortable and in working condition.

Family vacay

Turtle Whispers is a well thought out beach house that had most everything we needed. Well stocked for a variety of renters. Our group included my two sons and two grandsons (2 1/2 and 9 months) and several friends. The only issue we had was the baby gate which was not safe enough for the small children. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were as described. And everything worked!. The pool was great but could use a table that accommodates an umbrella. We had a great visit to my favorite beach. Thank you for offering us your home.

Turtle whispers

The house was nice and clean..short walk to stores and restaurants. Short drive to beach access parking.. the house had plenty room. It has all the kitchen appliances needed along with pots and pans and dishes.. Kids enjoyed the pool. The only thing would be too many ants around the pool. And I would maybe bring some pool toys. Other than that. The house was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful

this house is gorgeous. Its on bayside with a short walk or drive to beach across the street. Very close to shops, grocery. Home is clean, calm and peaceful. Hot tub was ready when we got there, pool a bit chilly but we jumped in anyway!!!
