Returning guests will always find something new! 2025 & 2024 Upgrades include a new 13' x 30' in ground private pool with 7' x 10' Tanning ledge, kiddie pool and travertine paver decking, all new composite wrap around all decks and new Sonos sound systems on the upper and lower levels.

Located on the sound with its beautiful sunsets and yet only three blocks from the ocean! All the special amenities that come with the Corolla Light Resort are included in the rental rate and right at your fingertips, as this wonderful home is located on the most convenient, yet quiet, Soundfront street in the community. The indoor sports complex (Olympic-sized pool, 2 clay tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts, 1 Walleyball court, aerobics, weights & cardio fitness rooms, 12 person spa), and the 2 community Soundside pools (adult & toddlers) are only 500 yards away! A pier and 2-mile nature trail overlooking the sound is located directly behind the home. The trolley, which stops directly in front of the home, provides transportation to the Oceanside Resort Complex from Memorial Day to Labor Day. This nicely landscaped home is surrounded by tall trees and boasts spacious rooms including 6 master bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own ensuite and flat-screen HD smart TV.

Ground Level: Outside amenities include a beautiful, NEW private pool with composite deck furniture, Sonos sound system, hot tub, outside shower and park grill. Inside you'll find the Recroom with HD TV/DVD, Queen Murphy Bed, pool table, pinball, ping pong table, kitchenette with microwave and full size refrigerator, King Bedroom with attached bathroom (shared with Recreation room), HD TV, Sonos sound system and laundry with extra-large capacity washer & dryer.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with HD TV and private bathrooms, Master Bedroom with 2 Singles, HD TV and private bathroom and a Master Bedroom with DuoBunk, Trundle, HD TV and private bathroom. Outside you'll find wrap-around decking with seating and hammock.

Top Level: Great room with HD TV/DVD, Sonos sound system (inside and on the deck), gas fireplace, kitchen with 2 dishwashers, ice maker and a double oven, breakfast bar seating 7, dining area seating 10, half bath, and a King Master Bedroom with HD TV and private bathroom. Outside on the deck you'll find a gas grill, composite dining table and chairs, several rocking chairs and a rocking bench.

Extras: Private Pool (13 x 30, Heated for $300), Hot Tub (8), 8 HD TVs, 2 DVD players, wireless high-speed internet access, high chair, 3 baby gates, card table, pool table, ping pong table, rocking bench, hammock, outside shower, picnic table, gas fireplace (available November 1- April 30), gas grill, park grill, kitchenette, infant stroller, parking for 6 vehicles, community water, linens and towels provided and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 12 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). 2026, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/9/26 -10/9/26
Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $300 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has completed their work OR 4:00 pm check in time.*This service will not be available after the 2025 rental season.

SPIDER DOMAIN

Our vacation started on July 17 2021 and looking at the home it was big, brightly colored and spacious. The rooms were furnished well and many extras were there for us to use. A pack and play baby booster seat, high chair, bikes, inflatables. Now going into the gatage we noticed many cob webs covering the ping pong table, bikes and beach chairs. As it bothered me I thought its in the garage, Well it wasnt every window was covered in Spider webs, long brown pine needles and spiders themselves along with dead bugs and also dead spiders. They were on the ceilings , webs on the chandellers and on the table lights. The outdoor expensive trek furniture was covered. Forget the hammocks too far gone, Our first night my son woke me from a dead sleep ro complain of a rodent in the vent system no kidding . Atfirst I did not believe him but got a video of his peering beady eyes and tail. Sunday I called the realtor office and left a message because 5 attempts was enough. We then went to the hardware Ace to get rodent and spider spray. 5 hours later the pool deck, hot tube, trek deck and furniture was sprayed and hosed down to the cost of 65.00. No call from the realtor on Monday. Called again on Tuesday, spoke to some southern bell and when I relayed my problem her response so sorry to hear this but the island is so lush that there are many bugs and then many spiders, the island is infested. No money returned from the 7000.00 cost, not even the money I was out for the spider spray. She would contact an exterminator. We saw someone walking the property Wednesday afternoon so we thought that was him. By Friday we had had it we were physically sick my husband bit on the lower leg by a spider and as we were leaving a day early at about 10:30 here comes the exterminator. broom in hand and wanting to knock down the webs in the corners of the kitchen and living room, That was his idea of exterminating I guess. They never sent out the cleaning crew that I asked for either. Local hotel full' where were 12 of us to go only home!!!So we took turns while sitting in the kitchen and living room watching these spiders crawl across the ceil ng and walls. Also when we started up the grill they scurried away from the heat. My contract stated a team member from tht SPARKLE BIGHT TEAM would be ther to walk through the propery before we accepted. Yep you guessed it no TEAM and we were ther at 3 pm they would be there til 4, WORST VACA EVER!!!!!!!
