Inside, the large rec room is a perfect hang-out spot, featuring a pool table, air hockey table, and wet bar with a full-size refrigerator for convenient snacks and drinks by the pool. Getting settled in will be easy by using the elevator from the ground level to take luggage and groceries upstairs. An open-concept great room boasts a wall of west-facing windows that take full advantage of the water views and dazzling sunset skies. The living area leads out to an expansive deck, perfect for lounging in the sun or enjoying cocktails in the evening. The chef in the family will appreciate the spacious kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and the double oven and two dishwashers are convenient when preparing meals for large groups. At the end of the night, guests can look forward to retreating to one of the four master suites for privacy and seclusion.

The community's outdoor sound front pool is located directly across the lake and provides access to the mile-plus-long nature trail along with a sound side pier for fishing and crabbing.
