Exterior Ground Level: Boasts a large pool (heated for a fee), hot tub and three-tiered poolside cabana. The lower level features a Tiki bar, outside loo and outside shower all just steps from the pool. The pool area features plenty of colorful all-weather furniture and umbrellas. Storage in the Tiki Bar cabana contains outdoor pool and play equipment. There is an all-weather outdoor pool table on the cabana's middle level. A spacious sun deck on the top level boasts plenty of comfortable chairs and rockers, perfect for enjoying the beautiful 360-degree view of sunrises, sunsets and stars. Behind the house, the fenced backyard offers a sandy court for volleyball, badminton and corn hole (all game equipment provided). Both gas and Weber charcoal grills are available.

Ground Level: Inside you'll find a King Master Bedroom Suite with private bathroom and a Queen Master Bedroom Suite with private bathroom. Large rec room with flat-screen HDTV/DVD, poker game table, foosball, shuffleboard and a kitchenette with full size refrigerator and microwave. Laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Sliding glass doors open to the pool, volleyball/badminton court and BBQ area.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom Suite, Queen Master Bedroom Suite with twin-size Daybed, Bedroom with 2 Double Beds and 1 Single Bed and a Bedroom with 2 Single Beds. All bedrooms on this level offer private bathrooms and access to a deck or balcony.

Top Level: The great room is a large open area with ample comfortable furniture, a 55" HDTV with Roku box for live-streaming Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as other streaming services, gas fireplace, half bathroom and cabinets filled with games and puzzles. It features an alcove with a desk and game table. The dining area offers a large farm-style table that seats 12. There is a game table on the same level seating 4. The spacious kitchen offers plenty of counter space, two dishwashers, cabinets filled with all the dishes, glasses, cutlery and cookware needed for large family meals and a breakfast bar seating 6. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $595 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
