The lower level features two inviting Queen bedrooms and one with an Ensuite bathroom. Also on the bottom floor is a Twin bunk room with a Queen pull-out sofa, ideal for kids or extra guests. With another half bathroom on this level, the home offers a total of four bathrooms, ensuring everyone has plenty of space and convenience. A laundry room adds practicality for longer stays, while the garage offers generous storage and a dedicated desk area, perfect for remote work or planning your beachside adventures.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
