Modern Sound: New Build, Pool, Elevator, Rec Room

Modern sound is in its third season as a newly built home and is ready for hosting! One of the most remarkable features of this vacation home is the elevator. While it is extremely helpful for those of us who have difficulty navigating stairs, it is also a ride with an incredible view! Be amazed at the hand painted mural of local wildlife and landmarks as you rise out of the sea!

This house also features five bedrooms, all of which have access to their own bathroom from the bedroom! The sitting area is a magnet for anyone who likes to be removed from the crowd but still be able to observe and participate in group conversations. It is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book or play a quiet game.

Modern Sound was built with technology in mind. A 500amp charging port has been installed for our electric vehicle owners! No more worries about finding a place to charge your car while enjoying time at the beach! All appliances are top of the line and have touch control panels. There is no traditional satellite or cable TV service here. Instead, there is high-speed Internet and smart TVs throughout so you can game, stream from your favorite apps and host/attend zoom meetings for business or school. Don’t forgot to bring your gaming consoles!

For more fun, the bottom floor has a rec room which includes a bumper pool table, kitchenette/wet bar, high top, TV, recliners and direct access to the private pool.

Nestled in the Corolla Light community, this vacation home offers immediate access to several of the resort’s featured amenities. Just steps away, you can be upping your fitness game at the indoor sports complex, swimming at the soundside pool, enjoying a meal in the picnic area while the kids play on the playground, taking selfies on the pier at sunset or hopping on a trolley headed for the ocean front pools, outdoor courts, restaurant/bar and the beach right across the road!

EV CHARGER DETAILS: GM PowerUp Level 2 EV Home Charger with (standard) Type 1 J1772 AC charging cable connector. The connector works with any EV equipped with a J1772 port. PLEASE NOTE that the EV Charger is not compatible with Tesla vehicles. Tesla owners will need to bring their own adapter (J1772 to NACS).

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. 10 armbands for Corolla Light amenities. Trolley service available from Memorial Day thru late August. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates and pool heat information, including details regarding the optional pool heat fee.
