A two twin bed over Queen bed Bunk En Suite with tub/shower combo offers the perfect space for kids, allowing parents to unwind with peace of mind. A conveniently located washer and dryer add to your stay.

This home receives daily oceanfront cabana and beach chair setup + breakdown services during your stay. No need to lug around your beach equipment when you stay at this home! Service includes (1) 10x10 cabana tent and (6) beach chairs. Setup hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is subject to local ordinances. Cabana service is provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services are available upon request for an additional charge.

**Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 1 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 9:00am to 7:00pm. Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club between May 28th and September 6th. Parking passes are $10 daily or $35 weekly.
