    This well maintained home is located on a private unpaved road that leads directly to beach access. Enjoy the natural surroundings and roomy floor plan of this beautiful Oceanside home on the public water system! Our home is near historic CV and within Corolla Village, CV. Close walk to see sound side views yet located on Oceanside with a private beach private road setting. Short direct walk to beach. You can see the entry to the beach from our driveway. Enjoy our home (A Stone Throw)!

    Last several year changes:
    2025: new mid level trek decking, nw hot tub, new queen mattress, new grill, new door locks.
    2024 : 2 new king mattress, new set of sheets to be used in cleaning rotation, new top level floor deck, 4 captain chairs top level, pool area table and 3 metal chairs, 4 beach chairs, beach cart, basketball system on driveway, updated kitchenware. 2023: stain decks,steps , all new smart TV's , new pool fence, 4 beach chairs.
    2022: added pool heater. Cost to use pool heater, additional $300, not in quoted price. Determine and pay for use after booking since it is a cost item weather dependent. Only charged if turned on during your stay.
    Other 2022 updates: NEW furniture, new bed toppings, blankets, art, fresh paint.
    2021: granite counters in 4 bathrooms and kitchen with new sinks and faucets. new furniture, sofa, 2 loveseat, chair upstairs great.
    new sofa, 2 loveseats, 1 chair upstairs level. New front steps. 2020: new 80-gallon hot water heater, new king mattress, and topper.
    2019, new queen mattress ; new mattress topper.
    2018, new hammock deck furniture.
    2017: new carpets through home, new appliances ( washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave), new ceramic tiled kitchen and bathroom floors, new bathroom lights above mirrors, etc... Each year, updates and changes provided to keep home looking amazing!!!

    Parking for 3 to 5 vehicles depending on the size of vehicles. There is plenty of room...

    Our home sleeps 12-15 people comfortably with 2 king, 3 queen, 1 bunk, 1 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. 3 rooms are master rooms (offering a private bathroom setting). Home is approximately 2400 sq ft. Pool on site. Hot tub on site and sits 4-5 persons. The upstairs room layout sits all for family meals. Each floor has a sitting rec room area. Washer Dryer provided. Internet access provided (all service thru Spectrum) . Linen and House towels provided. Close to fee service fitness facility (inquire if interested).

    Level 1: Rec room, TV/VCR and QSS, bedroom with King Bed, bedroom with Bunk (2 beds) and 1 twin bed and full bath access off king bedroom for privacy or from rec room.. Walkout to back deck by pool, outside shower, or walk out to carport.

    Level 2: 2 Queen bedrooms share a full shower or bath with jetted tub and a 3rd Queen Master Bedroom with private bath/shower, Living Room with mini bar area and mini refrigerator and mini sink. Walkout to deck with hot tub services. Walk out to the porch with OBX Hammock swing, chairs and table. Enjoy coffee on the front porch!

    Level 3: King Master bedroom, with master bath with jetted tub and separate shower, kitchen, living room, dining area. Walkout to balcony from King bedroom or living area. Enjoy any meal off top level deck. Enjoy sunning and nature.

    Conveniently located in the heart of historic Corolla Village and the many amenities located there. Near nice shopping areas, restaurants and mini golf such as Timbuck II, Corolla Light or Corolla Village shops . Near the Corolla Outback Wild Horse Tour, wildlife education center, fee service fitness center, walk or bike trails, Whalehead historic Heritage Park (picnics concerts kite flying kayak launch, Wildlife museum and the Whale Head Club), Currituck Sound, Currituck Light house, 4x4 beach access, nature trails, Adventure park with zip line, climbing obstacles, jungle gym, Coastal explorations, paint and pottery studios, miniature golf, race tracks , bumper cars, skate park, surf lessons, , arcades, paddle boards, boating, kayaking, water sports, parasailing, off road and ATV, hiking trails in sound areas, island bookstore, Beer Garden, coffee shops, and many more things to do... .. Two OBX NC beaches, Carova and Currituck, to explore. Several 18 course golf locations. And don't forget crabbing, fishing, and many biking trails to explore. This is definitely a family beach vacation destination!!!

Clean, comfortable and in the heart of Corolla Village. Our family enjoyed the quiet location, a short stroll to the beach and the shops and eateries of the Village. An incredible value, especially for our off-season stay. The new hot tub was a hit. Will stay again!

The house was beautiful, clean, good location, everything was just as advertised. The owner was most gracious, stayed in contact to make sure we were comfortable. This is the first time I've experienced an owner to be so gracious and show so much concern. I felt so relaxed and "right at home." I needed R&R, and I'm so happy I chose this location. Tranquil Escape

Property was beautiful, roomy, clean, and relaxing. Loved relaxing at the private pool and how low traffic the road is. Convenient to beach access and historic Corolla. Beach was spacious and allowed common sightings of beach creatures like crabs. We swam with dolphins and sting rays every day at the ocean as they frequent this shore.

Wonderful stay in impeccably clean home steps from gorgeous beach

Our family had a great time at this property, which is steps from a beautiful beach and has a great hot tub that we used to warm up after playing in the early spring surf. Impeccably clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Also a quick walk to historic Corolla village. Highly recommend!

Perfect beach week

We enjoyed a wonderful family beach week at this lovely home. The house is exactly as described. It was fully stocked - you don’t need to bring any kitchen items! The beach is a short walk away. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub . House was clean and neat and a ton of new fixtures and countertops. Easy access to the beach. Susan was there for any issues. Will continue going to this house for our yearly family vacation.

Gorgeous property and location

Property is well taken care of and relatively new. Living space is adequate for the number of people however the dining area is a bit crowded with furniture. Kitchen supplies, beach supplies, linens, lighting are plentiful
