This multi-level property has lounge areas on both levels, plus a chill out lounge on the middle level. The top level overlooks the waterfront where you can just sit back and relax.
The main kitchen and dining area opens to the waterfront, the front deck is equipped with outdoor dining and lounging furniture.
There is also a kitchenette with bar fridge on the top level.

Lounge/media room set up for relaxed viewing on the large Smart TV with FOXTEL full package plus a bar with bar fridge and access to the private landscaped courtyard that provides a retreat as an alternate relaxed alfresco dining option under the shade of the gazebo. Ideal for enjoying a BBQ any time of the day.

There is air conditioning in the main bedroom, loungeroom and the kitchen/dining area.
Two bedrooms have access to the waterfront decks where you can fall asleep to the sound of gentle waves and wake up to spectacular water views.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans for the warmer nights. All beds are AH Beard for your perfect night sleep.
Bathrooms, there are 4 to choose from, one has a bathtub, perfect for the kids after a day at the beach.
Laundry with top loading washing machine and dryer.
Parking for one vehicle in the garage and 2 two in the driveway.
There is a Teslar charger for your convenience, please advise if you will be using this when booking. Not to be used on other electric vehicles.
A long lock up garage allows access to the waterfront (great storage area for your SUP's or other water equipment or push bikes. No access for launching jet skis or boats)

We supply SUP’s, a surf ski and a ping pong table for your family fun. If using water equipment, please take care as you do so at your own risk.

Sun lounging beds are available for use and are stored in the garage.
We ask that you be respectful of the house and all its contents.

There is an alarm installed at this property for your safety.
“Recording cameras are located on the front and rear spaces of the property showing entry doors of the house from various angles to show people attempting to break in. The footage is only viewed if a break in occurs or if there is a report of foul play or damage being done at the property.”
