"Booked the Lounge access room and the room allocated was great, lounge is OK to repair to at days end. Loved the breakfast and huge credits to Mostafa- he was brilliant, caring and fun to talk to. "We are a family of 4. The room we first were given was filthy, garbage still sitting on the shelves and the bathroom reeked of mildew. The staff was very kind and immediately gave us a new room.
