Fantastic bright and charming apartment from 1854 with a breathtaking view of Nyboder. Stay in 114 M2 in the heart of old Copenhagen. You have everything within a short walking distance, whether it is shopping, or the many attractions which the city is known for.
The neighborhood is relatively quiet despite its central location. Cafés, restaurants, galleries and grocery stores characterizes this picturesque locality.

The apartment has a unique location in the middle of Nyboder neighborhood. Nyboder museum is located on the other side of the street and the neighborhood has so much history, that it in itself is worth a study. Everything is in walking distance from the apartment, hence is Amalienborg Castle, The Little Mermaid, Nyhavn, King´s Garden and "Strøget" just ten minutes walk away from the front door. If you do not wish to walk, there is less than 100 meters to the bus connected to the train and subway. In the local area there are several cafes and great restaurants of international class. Property backyard is a nice little lucrative area with a large lawn, tables and benches with an outdoor grill. In short, the framework is the best for an enjoyable stay in Copenhagen.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one large and one somewhat smaller. A south-facing corner room with the most beautiful view of Nyboder and evening sun. A small cozy dining room, and a small combined toilet / shower room. Small but well-stocked kitchen with microwave and convection oven.

There is wireless internet in the apartment , flat screen TV Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

There is access to an amazing award-winning yard with a playground and an outdoor grill.

The apartment is on the fourth floor, and the property has no lift.

The apartment is inhabited usually by the owners and their dog.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

We were 3 sisters visiting Copenhagen for 5 days and could not have been happier with this apartment! The view is absolutely spectacular. There's so much light. You cannot beat the location. The grocery store a few blocks away kept us fed when we weren't enjoying local restaurants and bars. The metro is steps away. We cannot wait to come back!

Lovely apartment in a great neighborhood

The place was clean, large and cozy. Bright with windows to open and let air in. Nice courtyard to enjoy relaxing. Neighborhood is perfect for hanging out and it is quick to get to the metro, a few minutes walk. Neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist schön, hell und sehr zentral gelegen. Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind sehr gut. Die Küche ist sehr klein (separates Esszimmer). Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr klein und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Die Lage ist super, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Die grosse Wohnung gefiel uns sehr. Sie ist äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet und liegt wirklich im Zentrum. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte problemlos. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Large two-BR apartment in heart of Copenhagen

The flat is spacious and beautifully appointed. Being on the 4th floor (no elevator/lift), it's as though one is in an eagle's nest, almost level with the rooftops. Nearby coffee place, restaurants, grocery store, major sights, and Metro to airport is a 10-minute walk--a little longer if you have your bags with you. Kitchen is fully appointed. Beds are great, linens too. Has washer/dryer. Swifts fly by in evening and morning and are enchanting, making their whistling sounds. Church bells chime nearby, and street sounds come up if windows open, so bring ear plugs if not an early riser. We loved being here.
