The one-roomed cabana seamlessly combines the sleeping area with a stunning four post queen-sized bed as its centrepiece and living area featuring comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying watching your favourite shows on the smart TV or simply to relax and unwind.  The fully equipped kitchenette with stove, microwave and fridge invites to prepare a romantic dinner for two or to enjoy a light snack using the cooking facilities provided. The cabana also includes a dining area, creating the perfect space to enjoy your meals. The separate Balinese inspired bathroom contains a vanity, shower, and WC.

Outdoors
The outdoor area of the cabana is the heart of the entire experience, offering direct access to the beach and immersing you in a one-of-a-kind Balinese paradise. The meticulously designed front and back gardens are inspired by Bali, creating a truly unique and unforgettable experience. Gather around the cosy fire pit in the backyard or relax in the outdoor seating area, all while surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Balinese-inspired gardens. Take a refreshing dip in the beautiful pool or unwind in one of the multiple Balinese huts thoughtfully placed throughout the outdoor area. You'll feel like you've been transported to Bali itself, in this stunning outdoor retreat.

We’re sorry, but this property cannot accommodate pets of any breed, size, or age, without exceptions, as we strive to maintain the highest standards of comfort and cleanliness for all our guests.

Special Property Information
The cabana is only suitable for a single or couple, an additional porta cot is possible, but not an additional bed. Please contact our office for more information.

The property is exclusively for the guests' own private use; the main house on the premises is not for use but always vacant when the cabana is rented.

This Balinese-style cabana offers a truly distinctive experience, as it is situated in a one-of-a-kind environment that embraces the authentic Balinese charm. It's important to note that occasional bugs, insects, and plant litter, like bamboo leaves, are common due to the natural surroundings which adds to the authenticity of the experience. Although all efforts are made to maintain cleanliness, please understand that the pool and surrounding areas may never be entirely free of leaves.

Nestled directly on the pristine shores and set against the backdrop of the natural landscape, our home offers an escape into serenity. We are pleased to provide complimentary Wi-Fi as a convenience to our guests. However, due to our unique location and the direct beachfront setting, interruptions in Wi-Fi and internet connectivity are not an uncommon occurrence. We encourage our guests to prepare a back-up plan for moments where a reliable Wi-Fi connection is essential.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

Our home is designed to host a maximum of 2 guests including visitors, with prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.

We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the outdoor entry gate.

Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

A security deposit of $1,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.
