"This accommodation was a large heritage home made into nice sized apartments. This apartment had a nice sized kitchen with all amenities. Coffee and treats were left for us . The bedroom was simple but the bed was very comfortable. A white noise machine was in the bedroom if needed. We spent a few evenings watching a movie and felt very safe. Parking was provided for us in the back of building. Highly recommend the beautiful Japanese garden and Shores Acre!! Then we went to Newport and watched...

"I loved this apartment; it was so homey and comfortable and nostalgic, especially the screened porches on front and back. I would have loved to stay there longer. My only problem was that the host didn’t contact me until the last hour even though I repeatedly emailed and called and I spent a day being nervous that we wouldn’t be able to get in. I understand not giving check in instructions too early, but it would have been nice to get some reassurance that I did have the apartment confirmed."

"The issues is the lack of instruction on how to use the lock mechanism. A simple "number code" is not enough. It takes several physical moves to get the door open. A team member showed up 30 minutes later to instruct us on this rather arcane method. Also, if a customer gets there a half hour early, and the lock mechanism is set for a specific time, the customer still can't get in until the appointed time. A little slack would be helpful as most people on holiday wont be EXACTLY on time."

"Our group really enjoyed our stay at Jim's place! I don't feel the pictures in the listing show accurately how amazing this house truly is! So much room and plenty of comfy beds. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you could possibly need to make all your meals. The master bathroom is gorgeous and huge!! Big enough driveway for a boat and all the cars. The location is just a short drive for fishing or to the beaches and restaurants. We will for sure be back to enjoy this house again! "
