"The location was great and the management company was extremely easy to work with. The unit does need some updates. The kitchen table and chairs were not comfortable and the carpet were pretty worn. The space was fine for 2 people and the kitchen was well equipped (except may need to get some more forks)."

Rockford unfortunately experienced 10 inches of snow, and with our early checkout, we had to shovel out. But we got a 50 dollar reimbursement, which was very kind. "It’s not a two bedroom. It only sleeps three. It’s more of a studio apartment with no doors. It is clean, nicely decorated and bright. The outdoor space is beautiful. "

"The stairway to get to the apartment was fairly steep-but manageable. This should be noted in it’s information.The fees seemed absorbent considering we had to take out trash , clean the kitchen and tidy the towels and make sure bathroom was in order.The bathroom does not have a real shower. It is a claw tub with a hand held shower head-the ceiling is sloped so one cannot stand to take a real showers. Again, manageable, but you need to be able to get in and out of the tub."
