Set high on the hill overlooking Connellys Marsh, this newly built four-bedroom home offers luxury, space, and serenity in a beautiful coastal setting. The design is modern and open, with an expansive main living area featuring a striking steel kitchen bench, a large dining table, and a spacious lounge area with a TV and comfortable couch.

Downstairs, a woodfire heater adds warmth and ambience, while the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure. There’s a washer and dryer, along with a study desk for remote work or planning your next adventure.

The standout feature is the woodfire-heated hot tub overlooking the water — the perfect place to unwind. The property also boasts multiple decks, with the main hot tub deck sheltered from prevailing winds, and an upper rear deck ideal for soaking up the sun.

A car is essential for this location. The property has plenty of secure parking in the driveway, and is around a 40–50 minute drive from Hobart. Local services and groceries are easily accessed in nearby Sorell or Dodges Ferry.
