Llegamos una hora antes del check in y la habitación no estaba lista. Nos dijeron que volviéramos a la hora y media. Volvimos y no estaba lista. Recién pudimos ingresar dos horas después. Eso nos hizo perder mucho tiempo. El desayuno fue sencillamente mezquino, con poco espacio para sentarse, generando esperas prolongadas y con poca oferta...

"The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe, and the metro station is also just 3–5 minutes away, which was very convenient. The lift is small, but two of us could fit with our luggage without any problem. The shampoo wasn’t great, but the conditioner was okay. In terms of cleanliness, it wasn’t dirty, but it could have been a bit better. We did notice a strand of hair in the duvet, which wasn’t very pleasant. On the positive side our room was nice, warm, and cozy."

"Excellent location, 2 minutes walking distance to Champs Elysees and L’Arc de triomphe. Metro links are in abundance, just be careful which exit you take as otherwise it’s like walking through the maze. Hotel itself is fine, staff is friendly enough, however there was a confusion over the room that we have booked over what had been given as it was randomly changed at the check in. All in all, decent place at a reasonable price for this location and enjoyable experience. "
