"We had four breakfast coupons worth $36 each. When ordering, we were told we were exceeding the limit, but the staff would not clearly tell us the total or how much we were over. We ended up ordering very basic breakfasts, and based on the menu prices, they were actually well below the $36 limit. ..."

Chancellor Hotel on Union Square
"We’ve been coming here since our honeymoon 52 years ago. We love the location, the staff, cookies, popcorn, coffee machines in the lobby. Only negative…no air conditioning."
