All staffs of the hotel are friendly and helpful. The room is big and clean. Happy experience for staying in the hotel for two nights."

The rooms are immaculate, the staff is amazing, the surrounding areas are great - Cheesecake Factory at the mall and the giant Starbucks Reserve down the street. The spa is also wonderful. Will never stay anywhere else in Shanghai!"
