HAWKS RIDGE is a beautiful, hill country home with the spectacular views to enjoy day and night. You will feel like you can reach up and touch that Milky Way star galaxy. The design of this custom built home is great for your multi-family vacation or just a quiet get-away for a few close friends. Downstairs you have the convenience of a single car garage with easy access to the two bedrooms downstairs. There is a “Jack and Jill” bath in between the two downstairs bedrooms. There is a beautiful covered deck for your enjoyment right outside your door. Upstairs, is the open floor plan for the kitchen/living room and two more bedrooms and bathrooms. The extra large windows give you a very open feel to enjoy spectacular views from the living area and the top covered porch. The view from the top deck is panoramic to include “Old Baldy” in Garner State Park, across the Frio Canyon, and to the right you see 7 Bluffs.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

Bedroom 1 — sleeps 3 – 1 queen; 1 twin
Bedroom 2 — sleeps 4 – 2 queen
Bedroom 3 — sleeps 3 – 1 full; 1 twin
Bedroom 4 — sleeps 6 – 1 full; 1 full/full bunk

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:

• Daily garbage pick up service

We do not provide:
• Tall kitchen bags
• Paper towels
• Hand soap
• Shampoo
• Dishwashing liquid/powder
• Salt & pepper
• Toilet Paper
