"It’s an okay hotel if you stay for one day but even then it will take them about 2 weeks to even begin processing your 75$ fee, and for 75$ plus the room to pay you would think they could atleast clean the room while your out vacuum a bit change the towels maybe, but no they clean every other room but yours, everything has to be done over the phone especially asking for new towels but if you need them earlier than 8am bring your own they only give you 2"

"Consider no internet. No antenna and when it does connect, it is so slow it doesn’t even load a page. No coffee maker in the room. Ok clean but the old look will throw you off. Staff were nice."

"The room was tidy but the bedsheets had a cigarette burn on them, and there was a hole on the wall near the floor bigger than a golf ball. The bathroom had brown splatter near the baseboards, and there was dirty paper towels scrunched under the sink. There was also no extra toilet paper other than the one provided. Also the bathroom window didn’t have a screen and the window wouldn’t stay open by itself so we put a bottle to hold it open. The front desk was kind and helpful."

"Pass key to the room we were originally assigned to did not work which required back and forth to the front desk and wasted time. There was no coffee in the room. Multiple things were broken. I escalated the issues with no response or help from anyone."

"I really liked the convenience of self check in and out . The room was cute and cozy, it had all that we needed for our stay. It was also a clean space . The common kitchen was also great. Only thing was the slow wifi when we came back after being out , which is understandable since everyone was on it too. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Had no issues which we didn't have to be in touch with the owners . Will stay here again ."

"No A/C. It showed you could turn on the cooler, but it wouldn’t turn on. The office was closed when I realized it last night. I turned it on but my thermostat showed the temperature as: 79 degrees before I went to bed. I opened the window & had to leave it open all night. I didn’t like doing that, as I was traveling alone & on 1st floor. Pool’s covered w/ no water in it. Employee did not give the WiFi code, even though they had WiFi. "Room was small but probably the most comfortable and clean of all the hotels we have stayed at during this trip. It is a very small hotel but I'm sure the room was recently remodeled. The bathroom was extremely nice. If you are looking for a big fancy hotel this probably isn't for you, but I don't think you'll find a nicer, older motel than this one."

"Everything was amazing, clean, large rooms to accommodate my family while in Tahoe. Only downside- when we were calling the hotel we were not able to reach anyone at any point. And our luggage took a little longer than expected to arrive in our room. We called several times to check when luggage would come to our room. Besides that all was amazingly."
