Situated far from the hustle and bustle, this one-acre property is tucked away at the end of a secluded driveway, bordering Forest Service land and the tranquil Upper Truckee River. Immerse yourself in nature's beauty as you stroll along the river, relax amidst boulder fields, or let the kids explore the surrounding lodgepole pines, Douglas firs, and aspen trees but just a 15 min drive in to town !

This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house boasts a spacious gourmet kitchen, two TVs, and ample space for groups to unwind. The master bedroom overlooks the river, while the downstairs bedroom features an en-suite bath. Stay connected with high-speed wireless internet throughout the house and deck. Unwind under the stars in the hot tub or simply bask in the serenity of the backyard.

Please note that the property does not allow pets due to the owner's severe allergies. Guests are encouraged to respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, with a maximum occupancy of 8 guests (excluding children under 5). Guests are required to adhere to the VHR Permit Number and Transient Occupancy Tax Number regulations. Additionally, guests must sign a contract with the property management company to receive check-in instructions and access to the property.

This house has Whole house cooling. When used correctly it works like AC. There is a a large fan in the the attic that pulls all the hot air out of the house. You need to leave the lower level window open a crack to help with the air flow. It worked very well at cooling the whole house down. When the outside temp is 90F inside will be in the low 70s.
