"Amazing hotel so close to Dotonbori "

"We stayed here for 6 nights after a short trip to Osaka. Hotel is a short walk from the metro, Dotonbori district and Shinsaibashi shopping area. It is in a quiet location but with lots of restaurants and a few convenience stores nearby. All front & back of hotel staff have been amazing - credit to Travis who has been extremely helpful especially when transferring to the Nankai Namba Rapit station. Room is also a decent size. Laundry facilities and drink station are a bonus within the hotel too....

"Our room was very clean and they provide things that we would need for stay above and beyond comparing to other hotels in Japan. Beds and sheets are nice and the water pressure was fantastic. Staff are polite and they’re willing to help whenever we need assistance. Our stay here was surprisingly pleasant and we would love to come back again to stay when we visit Osaka next time. "

"The service is outstanding. Amenities are free . They think about their guests. There is also some manned reception at least during regular hours. It is easy to get to. Midosuji line is walkable. Highly recommend."
