"There is an even-numbered wing and an odd-numbered wing in the hotel with two different sets of elevators- it would be nice to be told that when you check in! I couldn’t find my room at first - thought I was going crazy! I’m walking down the corridor room 107, 109, 111 where the hell is room 110? - wrong wing.

"Arrived Friday night no towels could not shower to go to our event had to go buy towels. The front desk said they were being washed. Came back that night was handed two towels from the pool area and two wash cloths. Next morning cleaning said same thing towels being washed. Told her haven’t had any since we checked in. She came back about 20 minutes later with towels and washcloths. Very disappointed never experienced anything like this before and front desk demeanor was like it was no big...

"First off, the staff were super friendly. However, the entire hotel smells moldy. The carpets have stains, the shower curtain had holes, the toilet had issues with the water handle, the gym is totally outdated, lightest weights was 35lbs. I would not stay there again, it feels like I have to deep clean everything I brought though the place wasn’t dirty, but the smell, the stains, and age of everything was just not appetizing at all!"
