- Smoking, including cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and vapes, is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests are requested to smoke outdoors, maintaining a distance of at least 10 feet from any doors or widows of the home.
- Minimum age to rent is 25. Photo ID Age Verification & Rental Agreement required for all reservations.
- Cameras on property are for security purposes & not surveillance.
- Please note that this home is not wheelchair accessible. Access to the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms involves navigating 7-8 stairs.
- Your reservation must accurately reflects the number in your party. Additional fees apply if additional guests beyond occupancy with no prior approval.

Great, convenient location

The main floor of the property was amazing. The basement, where there are three rooms, got a little crowded at times, but that could be because it’s a basement :-)The front and back patio were where we spent most of our time when we were at the house! High end appliances in the kitchen which worked ver well and huge living space where all 8 of us could comfortably hang out.

Great house! Great location!

This house was perfect for our 3 generation family of 10. The location was great to get to the things we wanted to do. The kitchen was large and well stocked. We really enjoyed the large back deck with Mountain Views. The property manager was very responsive and resolved any small issues we had.

Amazing Property

This property had a cozy, clean and sophisticated feel. Beds, showers, & Linens were excellent. Incredibly well laid out and what an amazing touch with the restaurant recommendations! Would stay here again!

Espresso!

This home was perfect for myself and my co-workers. We had to attend a conference for work and chose to stay in a home rather than hotel rooms - team bonding! We had plenty of space to spread out and get work done! The kitchen was our favorite space. We cooked dinner together and shared the most delicious espresso every morning.

Perfect Thanksgiving week Family reunion

We were extremely pleased with our stay overall. The location was central to Colorado Springs and attractions. The view of Pike’s Peak from the back deck and hot tub is perfect. I can’t say enough about the kitchen! I want it at my house. The size and number of bedrooms/ bathrooms was perfect for our extended family visitors and my family. The host was in constant communication with the accommodations and when there was a potential snowstorm. Highly recommend the property.
