The Space:
Welcome to this charming three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom home offering a tranquil retreat in Colorado Springs. As you enter, you’ll step into a hallway that opens into a sunny, welcoming TV lounge for you and your guests to enjoy. Adjacent to the TV lounge, the fully-carpeted family living room offers a stylish interior design with a comfortable couch, a coffee table, and a 60-inch smart TV. Natural light floods this area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for both relaxation and entertainment.

The elegant dining room boasts a stylish table and comfortable chairs, with a picturesque view of the yard through the window. It’s an ideal spot for hosting dinners or enjoying a peaceful morning coffee while basking in the sunlight. The kitchen complements this inviting space, with beautiful wooden cabinets that offer ample storage and a cozy, warm-toned environment perfect for showcasing modern kitchen appliances.

From the family living room, a carpeted stairway leads up to three large bedrooms. The master bedroom is a cozy haven, featuring a comfortable queen bed, a 32-inch smart TV, bedside lamps, a seating area, and a workstation with a computer chair and table. Guest Access:
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence except the basement and the garage which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
