"The bellman met us at the train station and helped us transport our luggage upon check out and departure. This was an amazing service. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the beds very comfortable. The service was amazing and the staff helpful and friendly."

I did feel as though the room was too warm even with the AC on and I wish there was a microwave and ice machine available to guests. I will say that I'm from the US so maybe this is the norm for hotels overseas. I want to mention that although there was not a microwave in my room, the staff was willing to pop the bag of popcorn for me. I was very appreciative for that. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again if...

"We booked 2 suites. The room was clean and spacious, but decor very stark and minimalist. The bathroom is black and dark. The amount of lights in the room could be increased. There's a great coffee machine in the room, but no milk. No shower cap in the room or at the front desk. The hotel lobby has one very interesting sofa, which is hugely uncomfortable. All in all very chic, but lacking warmth and life."
