Please note that the garbage bins are located on the side of the building and the smell permeates the entire terrace which made it impossible to use during out stay. The area is noisey and the walls are thin so you can hear everything. Also the wifi was not reliable not sure if its because we were sharing the same router with other guests in the other apartments. You could borrow beach chairs or a cooler if needed. The beach is just a short walk down the street. We walked to a local restaurant and felt very safe in the area. The breakfast was included and was great! There were also snacks, water and coffee, tea etc accessible all day. A great alternative to the high priced hotels in the area."

"This is my third time visiting this property. My first experience was when I was deployed as a third party vender for FEMA after Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico I spent 6 months living in the property and I’ve returned two more times after the death of two close relatives. The staff has always been exceptional. The can’t see myself staying anywhere else even if the property is not on the water. They get a 10+ from me and I’m an Ex-Marriott Front of the House Trainer"

"I loved staying here! The staff were extremely friendly and always smiling. The breakfast was simple but just enough to put something in your tummy before heading out for the day. I enjoyed that the Condado area was just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Finding street parking wasn’t too much of an issue and never had to park more than a 3 minute walk away. There are a couple parking lots in the area but were on the pricier side."
