"Gennaro went above and beyond to be sure we have a great time at the property,he speaks English. The house is warm and welcome, the garden was our relaxing place after a busy day at the beach(10 minutes walking distance to the sea where there are plentiful of beaches with sunbeds, there are a few free beaches too,there is a total of 4km of sandy beach). The sea was amazing, safe for kids.My only recommendation would be to get plenty of insect protection Everything else was just what we needed...

"Amazing holiday house. Spacious villa with a magnificent view, very nice pool and all the equipment you need. The house is very well placed for day trips to beautiful villages like Sperlonga and Gaeta but also great to take the train to Rome for a visit. "Die Unterkunft war sauber. Ansonsten war sie wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Nur im Schlafzimmer gab es eine Deckenleuchte, sonst nur Glühbinrnen in einer Fassung. Auf Dekoration wurde ganz verzichtet. Bis wir WLAN hatten, dauerte es 3 Tage. Das Bad war renovierungsbedürftig. Wegen der Klospülumg mussten wir mehrfach den Verwalter/Vermieter anschreiben, der schon zeitnah reagierte aber das Problem, trotz Handwerker, bis zuletzt nicht beheben konnte. Das Bidet war...
