"Our apartment was large, the furniture is new, the bathroom looked brand new. Everything was comfortable & functional. We appreciated the coffee pod machine & undercover parking. The garden/pool view from our living room & balcony was lovely & we were just a short walk from the beach. We could hear the waves breaking. Great value."

"The unit was clean sanitary wise, how ever there is alot if dirt on walls which need maintenance. The host was good to work with and the area was great. One point that I did not see mentioned when I booked the place was all the stairs and no lift. At my age and health that would have been nice to beforehand."

TV streaming available. No laundry in unit, but available downstairs. Security locks on laundry from 8.30pm. Undercover parking for your unit.North facing unit that gets sun all day. "When I was looking for a place to stay in Coffs Harbour I wanted a kitchen, king size bed, washing machine,and parking on site. This place advertised all four of these things along with a barbecue. After I paid I received an email stating I could not park on site nor could I use the barbecue. After we arrived late in the evening, I realized there was no kitchen and no washing machine. I called Coff accommodations who were taking care of this apartment and complained. They said they were sorry...
