Just a stone’s throw from your doorstep, Town Terrace is nestled in one of Sawtell’s most central streets, offering easy access to the village's vibrant shops, cafes, and eateries along First Avenue. The stunning Sawtell Beach, with its pristine shoreline, headlands, and rock pools, is just 450 meters away, inviting you to explore or simply unwind by the water. For golf enthusiasts, the Sawtell Golf Course is nearby, and the local RSL is within walking distance for your convenience.

Ideal for two guests, this cozy retreat is fully equipped with modern comforts, including air-conditioning and unlimited Wi-Fi. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, complete with privacy blinds and curtains, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Ceiling fans and ample cupboard space provide additional convenience, while extra blankets are available for cooler winter evenings.

The living room exudes a welcoming ambiance, offering a plush three-seater couch, a flat-screen Smart TV, and a remote-controlled ceiling fan for ultimate comfort. A small dining table is perfect for meals, and the well-appointed kitchen includes a dishwasher, new fridge and freezer, coffee plunger, electric stove cooktop, and oven, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals.
