Sawtells Cozy cottage

Our house is nestled in a quite street in Sawtell.
Within walking distance to Sawtells main St which boasts an array of restaurants, boutique shops, majestic cinema and beautiful beaches.
Our house is freshly painted and features the original kitchen and bathroom it's feel is clean and fresh.
The main bedroom has a queen bed with soft 1000 count sheets.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single on the top.
With a spacious living and dining area this cottage also has a great undercover entertaining area overlooking a large backyard.
Off the street parking is available with access to front and back of the house.

Cozy cottage

We enjoyed our time at Cozy Cottage Sawtell, the cottage was more than adequate for our requirements, even though it was an old cottage, it had new carpet and was clean, homely and welcoming. The main bedroom was large and comfortable. The cottage had beautiful breezes, when the windows where open. As there was no air conditioning.It would have been nice to have a separate toilet and bathroom.It was the perfect location for us, as it was close to my family staying at the reserve. It was also, close to Sawtell's main street and beach and a short drive to Tormina shopping Centre.

Great stay in Sawtell!

We loved our stay at the Sawtell Cosy Cottage. It had everything we needed, even little vases of flowers around! Cassandra was incredibly helpful and the house is well set up. We will definitely try and stay again.

A very nice spot

We had a lovely time. Very clean on arrival. The host was very helpful and understanding leading up to our stay. We only wished there were blinds or curtains on the rear windows. Otherwise we were very pleased.

Everything was great. From the moment we rang the cool retro doorbell we felt at home in the property. Everything was clean, tidy, comfortable and spacious. It was a home away from home.

Great location and comfortable living

Loved our stay in this cute little home. Only 1km walk to all the restaurants in Sawtell. Property owner flexible and accommodating with our needs. Home was clean and fresh. Only one bathroom but no problem for the 3 adults staying there.

Sawtell residential area holiday house

The location was great, an easy walk to the beach and shops. A five minute drive to the main shopping mall. The house has a large outdoor entertainment area. The down side was no lights for evening use. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommended

Well appointed and comfortable accommodation. Good cooking facilities. Easy walk into Sawtell for local shops and the beach. The main shopping centre is only a short drive away (there is a bus stop close by for those without a car).

A quiet, relaxing getaway

We only stayed for a night, but really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home away from home. Our daughter loved the children’s books and games, and the large backyard. Just to note there was no hair dryer or coffee.

Cute house great back yard.

We had a few days rest and relaxation in Sawtell which was much needed. Cassandra's house was just perfect for us. The house was very well presented with all the bits and pieces we needed to make our stay very relaxing. I really appreciated the extra nice touches of the fresh flowers which made the house so much more personal. We will definitely return and stay here again. Thanks so much Cassandra.

Gorgeous Cottage Home

We had a wonderful time in Sawtell and this beautiful home. it was very sweet, clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped for our small family. The backyard was gorgeous and lovely to to spend the afternoon in the sun after a day out. Cassandra was lovely to deal with and very accommodating of our last minute requirements. We would love to return one day!
