Make you best ever vacation plans here!!! This beautiful condo is located in Riverstone Village overlooking Riverstone's Main St. This is the best of worlds, a quiet retreat while the Village hosts great restaurants, boutique shopping, & specialty stores for fun activities.

Centrally located to the lakes, parks, Silverwood, Spokane River & public docks, summer water & winter skiing, plus unlimited outdoor adventures.

Step outside and we have bike & walking paths galore, including the Centennial trail. Bring you own or rent electric bikes, boats of all kinds, or winter gear.

This spacious condo comfortably houses & sleeps up to 6. The king master suite has king size bed, large screen TV, walk in closet, bath w/double vanity sinks, glass enclosed shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, & large screen TV. The 2nd Bathroom has a soaking tub. The dining area seats up to 6, with additional counter seating for 3. The living room also has a large screen TV. Wi-Fi , streaming & basic direct TV included. Sofa provides additional comfort bedding with memory foam mattress to sleeps 2 guests. (Pack & play for baby & a child cot is available on request.)

The well equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, & has everything for preparing in-home meals. (Cooking spices, cook/bake ware & appliances to create just about any dish). Convenient laundry in unit (soaps for laundry, bathing and paper goods are supplied). The private patio off the living room overlooks the village-A nice place to relax & sip a glass of wine.

A community patio terrace area has gas grills, fire pit & patio furniture to entertain & enjoy the surrounding views.
Main St hosts a farmers market Wednesday afternoon.

Secured below ground, temperature controlled reserved parking is included. The Riverstone village community has spas, a fitness center, & local rental shops that rents outdoor equipment as well.

Easy access to outdoor recreation, Local ski adventures. Centennial trail & Spokane river. Enjoy concerts in the adjacent parks and pickleBall near by.

Just a mile from Downtown attractions without the noise or parking woes.

This was one of the best "equipped" rentals we've stayed. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms ... everything was well stocked. We stayed over Christmas and were pleased to see a few simple, yet tasteful decorations ready to greet us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There were games to help us pass the time. The location was just as we had expected.

Perfect getaway! Condo was immaculate. Hosts thought of every possible detail. Little things like Kleenex in every room, nightlights, quality linens, detergent for washer. For once - there were plenty of hangers!!! Comfortable furniture. Great location. Could have moved right in.

Terrific home at a great location

The property was lovely and exceeded my expectations! I was visiting for a working vacation, visiting friends in the area, but also working remotely for a couple of days. The property had everything I needed. Honestly, it was the most well-equipped kitchen I've ever seen in a vacation rental! And I was able to make good use of the comfortable balcony. I loved the location, central to CDA, lots of great restaurants near by, and easy access to the North Idaho Centennial Trail for a walk or run. And a Farmer's Market right outside the complex. Owner obviously takes a lot of care in her rental, was easy to communicate with. Will be looking you up again next time I visit!

Great CDA Condo

Location is great with easy access to Centennial Trial and downtown. There is also a nice retail area right on the same street, but no noise problems. Condo was comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was available. Manager was very responsive. Check-in was a bit confusing, but we figured it out. We would stay again.

Our first time to the Coeur d’Alene area. Perfect location. The residence was nicely decorated and the full kitchen had everything you would need to make yourself at home. If we were to come back for a visit, this property would be our #1 pick.

Thank you for sharing your condo with us. It was beautiful and in a perfect location to everything we wanted to do. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen well supplied. Next time we go to CDA, this will be our first choice!

Comfortable Condo in Couer d'Alene!

This condo has all the comforts of home! I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and comfort and this place is wonderful! Nice furniture, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely come back!

Our family of four stayed here to check out the town and go to Silverwood. The location was within great proximity to downtown (5 min drive). Lots of shops, restaurants, and the river all within walking distance. Overall, great location and very cozy space. We would certainly go back!
