"Condo was as described. Manager was helpful with an issue we had. We wished we had been told that there was major construction with feet off the condo. It started early every day (like 6:00 am) and even on Saturdays so we never got to sleep in."

"My wife & I came to Coeur d’Alene to celebrate her milestone birthday and our wedding anniversary. The place suited us very nicely. Beautiful and comfortable decor. Kitchen nicely stocked. Very clean! Love the Riverstone location. Nice shopping. Plenty of good places to eat. The place just felt like home. Definitely want to stay here again."

Negatives: Finding the right lobby to access condo. But the management company contacted the owner who contacted us right away for help. Pillows are very firm so consider bringing your own."

"Great apartment with nice appointments and walking distance to the touristy area of CDA. Had a couple issues crop up while there, but the management company reacted and took care of them almost immediately. I was traveling for business. This is a perfect alternative to the typical hotel stay."

"Great location close to trails, restaurants and shops. We loved the location and view from deck. It had most of the conveniences you would need. The host was attentive although we did not need them. Couple of issues pots were scratched and only large and small. The beds had no mattress covers and were stained which is a big no no and need new pillows. The outside chairs are rusted and falling apart. Overall not bad but definitely needs some attention."

"We loved our stay here and everything was so clean and in working order. The neighborhood is great, close to restaurants and the city here. We even had a street fair going on downstairs and in the main city. Beds were comfortable, parking close and shops are darling! Movie down the end of our street you can walk to. Amazing help through our host and I just can’t say enough about the hospitality of this organization. Neighbors here were so nice too!"
