"Hotel management obviously runs this operation short staffed. The one employee (Seraphim) was hustling around (literally running) to get back to the front desk to get me checked in. Housekeeping must have been rushed, too, as there was hair on the wall of the shower."

Hyatt Place Post Falls/Coeur D'Alene
"May 2026 visit - property seems brand new. As such, everything is clean, everything works (shower drains, hair dryer, new linens) the staff are very helpful. Morning breakfast was good and plentiful. Room was spacious. Down the street is a very nice cafe and bookstore as well as a fantastic pizza ..."
