Beach 500 feet from house and Port is a 5 min drive. Walking distance to pier, restaurants, shops and groceries. Downtown Cocoa Beach 5 min.
This Property is set up to host Vacations. We have Beach Gear, Tents/Umbrellas, Chairs, Coolers, Sand Toys, Kids Toys and the list goes on!

You will Be greeted with a welcome gift, your 1st beverage with snacks.

6 Bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 4 full kitchens. There are multiple private units all under 1 roof, similar to a Quad Plex. 15 beds!!
(Please note that under all Queen/King beds there are quality Trundle beds that roll out)
Sit in the Back Yard and hear the ocean as you sit by the propane fire or go relax inside and Stream your Favorite Movie on the Big Screen!
All Beds and Pillows are Deluxe, Hypoallergenic with water proof cover. Plush robes, soft towels, classy bedding and a great vibe awaits.
Only the Best in this unit!
*Free WiFi, NO Cable. Stream Amazon, Netfix, Roku, Hulu, ESPN, Disney+ no cable but lots of options to stream.
Full property water filtration system (safe to drink)

*Pre-registration is required through our text message application which will be sent to you upon booking.
*Additional $150 credit card hold is required through our text message application which will be sent to you day of check-in. This is for incidentals or house rules broken.
* $150 fee for any house rules broken and immediate cancellation of reservation with no refund
*Additional security deposit required for stays over 30 days or more
**Sojourn will charge your card for incidentals or house rules broken within 48 hours of checkout.
*We ONLY communicate through booking platform

*Mandatory 14 day cleanings for all extended stays. This basic cleaning will be done every 2 weeks Fee of $25
*Unit must be available for weekly pest maintenance. We will make guest aware when we need access.
*No Parties or Pets
*NO SMOKING/Vaping of any kind inside/outside (there will be a $200 fee)
Must go to street to smoke
**No smokers please**
*NO outside guests or large gatherings outside of registered guests.
*NO unregistered Guests including those "just visiting". (This is due to insurance liability issues and City Density Laws)
*An additional $50 cleaning fee will be applied for units that are beyond the normal clean up or if checkout is not followed.
*4 Parking Spots available **No Space for Additional**any street parking will be towed**
*Do not disturb other guests or enter other units.

NO MAIL or Packages to be delivered. Long term stays can ship to a general P.O. Box and we will deliver
*Cameras in outside shared areas
*No late checkouts, $30 per hour charge after 10 am. If checked out after 12:01 pm you will be charged an additional full nights’ stay.
