Comfy big house near beach, downtown, the pier & Port Canaveral. 5 bedrooms 9 beds 3 bathrooms 4 showers. Perfect for big groups to relax & have fun!

This house is spacious, bright & clean. Enjoy the HUGE heated pool, hot tub, big tiki bar with lights and ceiling fans, propane grill and outdoor seating. Beautiful furniture. Big open kitchen and dining area.

Living room & ALL bedrooms have TV`s with Netflix. Free high-speed WiFi. Free laundry. Blackout curtains. Parking for 4 vehicles.

You will be very close to Lori Wilson Park: a big public beach with lots of parking, showers, bathrooms, a food truck, and picnic areas. Not far from Ron Jon Surf Shop and Cocoa Beach Pier as well as the downtown district with walkable shopping and dining.

Unwind and lounge at the house comfortably: large heated pool, warm and relaxing hot tub, and a large tiki bar where you can sit in the shade and sip a cocktail. Big TV in the living room, TV`s in every bedroom, and great air conditioning make for a comfortable beach house. There is a large dining area that has multiple options for seating (up to 20), whether you want a big family meal at the big dining room table, a snack at the kitchen island or something in between like a lunch for all the kids at the medium-sized dining table.

This house is the spot for you and your family to have a great vacation together. Come and enjoy!

Quiet, clean neighborhood just a few blocks from the beach. Half way between Cocoa Beach downtown and the Ron Jon surf shop and Cocoa Beach pier area. Very near restaurants, grocery and shopping. You can walk to the local Dunkin` Donuts (yum).

Best way to get around is with your vehicle (car). Throughout Cocoa Beach there are a lot of electric scooters you can enable via the appropriate mobile app.
Minimum age 21. No groups of college students without parents.

House was definitely not professionally cleaned. Dirty towels left in bathroom. Beds are very uncomfortable. Saw several big bugs in the house. Neighbors dog barks too much. Hot tub didn’t work consistently.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The well stocked and large kitchen was the perfect gathering place. The pool was heated and incredible, we all loved it. The tiki bar was fun and added whimsy. Richard was a great host, communicative and attentive! We hope to be back!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Check-in was supposed to be at 4pm. We arrived at 6pm and never received the door code. He sent an email with wifi etc, said we would receive the codes and never sent it. We spent hours on the phone with VRBO trying to get access. Richard, the host, never once answered calls, texts, or messages through VRBO. It started pouring rain with lightning, and we ended up missing our dinner plans and having a completely ruined evening. We ended up having to book another place that night. To make matters worse, I still haven’t heard from him the next day. Absolutely unacceptable—do not rent from him!

My family really enjoyed our time at this beach house. It's conveniently located and is set up very comfortably. The kitchen and dining area is the heart of the house - inside. And the pool patio out back is great. We will definitely come again.

Unfortunately, I can not give a more favorable rating because we arrived at 1:30 a.m. and had to be out by 11:00 a.m. We didn't have the opportunity to enjoy our stay. The house itself was nice. Our flight was delayed 3 times. I asked the owner if we could check out at 12:00 p.m., one hour later, and he said that's not possible. I don't think one hour would have affected his ability to clean since we only slept there for a few hours, so, along with what I previously stated and his refusal to give us one extra hour, I am giving a 3.

Our party of 8 had a wonderful time! The 5 kids ranging in age of 8 -16 had a blast at the pool and many nearby attractions. The rooms and bed layouts worked well for our mixed group. The host was easily reachable through the visit, and was quick to remedy the one hiccup that happened outside of his control ( the rain tripped the safety for the lights for the tiki bar).

Great spring break getaway

Had an amazing time with our family at this property. The pool and tiki bar were our main hangout areas of the house. Richard was very quick to respond with all of our questions. Would definitely stay at this place again!

Great place for family!

Would 100% come back!

This property was perfect for our extended family trip with 10 people! The host was very communicative throughout the stay. A few days into the stay we asked for the pool temp to be turned up, he sent the pool heater company out to ensure everything was working. The pool with young kids was something we were excited for but also nervous not knowing the security of it. The patio door had an alarm that made us at ease and so happy about for the pool! The house was fully furnished for a long stay, had plenty of seating and sleeping for all 10 of us. Between the host and the property we would 100% come back.

Lovely home

This house was wonderful for our family of 11 to stay for a long weekend. The kitchen is incredibly spacious and we were all able to sit comfortably in the provided seating. I was a bit surprised and disappointed that the hot tub did not have the cover and lighting that is advertised, but it did not prevent us from using it. I'd like to suggest adding drink ware. There were about a dozen plastic cups, 6 wine glasses, and one martini glass available. Regular glass drinking cups would be preferred as would a wine glass count matching the amount of guests the house sleeps. The backyard is wonderful and great for relaxing. The lack of appropriate drinkware and hot tub cover were not enough to affect our stay so I feel it was not enough to affect my rating. Location is very convenient. It is maybe a 3 minute drive to the nearest shopping center and about 6 minutes to the center of town and beaches. Very clean and appropriately stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, pillows, and bedding.

Family Getaway

We come to Cocoa Beach every year and this was one of our favorite rentals yet. We had a party of 17 and there was plenty of sleeping space for all. We loved all of the dining space, multiple tables which allowed us all to eat together. The kids loved the outside showers!

Wonderful Vacation

My family enjoyed this propery alot. We were able to have large family style living at an affordable cost. We were able to enjoy the pool and the beach everyday of our stay. When we had any questions the property manager was able to get back to us very quickly.

Great Family Time

We went to Richard’s property to celebrate my parents 52 year anniversary. We had a total of 10 people and it was so comfortable. The area has fun things to do like mini golf, the space center, and a tiny wizard of oz museum that was surprisingly entertaining. The beach was only 5 min drive and easy to park. More on the house; super clean, tons of towels, all the utensils u will need, beds were comfortable , bbq was great, quiet neighborhood, pool was big, and jacuzzi was nice. Also has great outdoor seating. For the kids, there are tvs in every room and the living room has a Nintendo switch gaming system. Overall we were super happy with the house, 5 stars all around.
