Perfect Beach Location - Spacious, Modern Cottage

Relax and enjoy our newly renovated cottage Surfside Retreat. Located just south of bustling downtown Cocoa Beach, but only a short ride away, you'll enjoy a laid back and relaxed vibe. Step out of your front door and it's just a very short walk to a beautiful beach frequented by locals. We've even stocked our place with beach essentials like a cart, chairs, umbrella and toys for the little ones.

The entire cottage is yours to enjoy along with private outdoor space. The beach is literally only a 2 minute walk away and beach accessories and towels are provided. At over 900 square feet you’ll have plenty of room to stay a couple of days or a couple of weeks. Surfside Retreat is fully outfitted with every essential you will need on your stay in beautiful South Cocoa Beach as described below. A few special touches to add enjoyment include:

- Fast Wifi internet
- Dedicated workspace/desk
- Beach equipment for your use
- A coffee bar with complimentary K-cups.

As you enter Surfside Retreat, you walk into a spacious open concept living/dining/kitchen area full of natural light with new furniture to relax on.

Kitchen and Dining Area
Our fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need for wonderful meal times and includes a full-sized refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave. Wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee with an amazing coffee bar with Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, and complimentary K-pods. The dining table seats up to 4 adults and there are two bar stools for additional seating at the bar.

Living Area
A spacious sunlit living area is anchored by a comfortable leather sofa and chair. Relax and watch a movie on the 55 inch flat screen Roku SmartTV. Wi-Fi internet is provided.

Bedrooms
Both bedrooms are outfitted with a queen sized bed with highly-rated memory foam mattress. Full closets and dressers are provided for your use along with a suitcase stand in each bedroom.

Bathroom
The bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Outdoor Patio
Enjoy the ocean breezes while you relax on your private outdoor patio. You’ll have cushioned chairs to sit back and relax.

Laundry Room
A full washer and dryer are located in the carport shed. The laundry room also houses the beach equipment, including beach chairs, beach cart, beach toys, and umbrella.

Surfside Retreat is adjacent to our neighboring property, Seaclusion Cottage, so there is a shared driveway. However, you will have one dedicated, covered parking spot, in the divided carport, with room for a second car behind the first.

In addition, it is located in a residential area south of downtown Cocoa Beach, called South Cocoa Beach. Everything is generally quieter but it is located of a moderately busy road so you may hear some road noise.

Other things to note
For a larger group, or multiple families, please consider booking both Surfside Retreat and the adjacent Seaclusion Cottage. These two properties are next to each other and give your group a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
