We loved staying at this house - it’s close to the beach and the downtown area. Having bikes and beach stuff in the shed to use was great. So many little extras from the hosts made this such a perfect family vacation!

Loved all of the extras!

Property was clean and close to everything. Also had tons of extras to use at the beach…wagons, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, bicycles! Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Love this place!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house is amazing! It is very clean, feels like home, and they have everything you may need. The shed has plenty of bikes and all the beach stuff you may need. We will definately stay here again!!

Awesome Spring Break

We have stayed at numerous vacation rentals and this was the absolutely best supplied rental ever. They had everything we needed and more. And they even decorated for St. Patrick’s Day. The location is great, private with 2 patio areas and just 2 short blocks from the beach as close to Ryan’s great ice cream. We loved it!

This place is incredible. It's a quiet sanctuary located 2 blocks away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect for when you want to be NEAR the fun, but you don't always want to HEAR the fun. This house has everything you'll need to enjoy your beach vacation and the host is super responsive. This will honestly be our "go to" rental every time we're in Cocoa Beach if it's available!

Can’t wait to come back!

This was our first time to Cocoa Beach. We had a great time. And this house is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Extremely clean, modern and convenient location. The host was excellent to work with as well. We will be coming back next year and hope to stay at this house again!

Amazing hosts!

The place was very clean when we arrived. I love that they left some snacks for us to enjoy. The only thing we really needed to bring with us was our clothes and food for the week. They had everything else we needed. One of the best places we’ve stayed! Will definitely rent from them again when we go back!

This is a wonderfully appointed property with owners providing everything needed from essential toiletries to games, bikes and beach towels. Great location within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants. Only draw back is the very busy street and an auto repair shop next door.

Super cute, super clean, they provided everything you might need along with instructions on how to use everything. Not that we've done a bunch of these rentals but this is the best so far. We can't imagine anything to improve! Just loved it!

Our Stay for the Weekend

This is the best vacation home I've ever stayed at. House was fully stocked with dishes, shower soaps, towels, TONS of fun beach gear, books to read, complementary snacks, the works. Helpful notes all around the property. Owner was super responsive and helped fix any issues we had immediately, along with providing good information about fun things to do in the area. Wonderful stay, I highly recommend.

A wonderful stay

We entered the house and felt at home right away. Very clean and everything we needed, and more was there. The Host went above and beyond, and personally informed us of a launch we would be able to watch right from the house. If our journeys ever bring us back to thos area we will stay here. We had so much fun.

Standout Cocoa hospitality

Our family of five stayed for five days at this lovely VRBO. It was the best provisioned vacation rental that we have stayed at. Every detail was covered plus more! Lauren responded quickly to our emails and was very accommodating. The beach was a five minute walk at most. Highly recommend!

Wonderful getaway

This rental was amazing. The hosts had special personalized touches ready for us. The house was spacious with comfortable accommodations. The shed was loaded with beach toys and accessories to use. The bikes were great for trips to the beach or around town. The hosts had lots of extras available. Would stay here again and recommend too friends and family.

Wonderful stay!

This property was the best equipped and cleanest property we’ve ever stayed in. Our kids had space to play outside, the shed full of gear made our trips to the beach more enjoyable than we could have imagined, and the location was fantastic. We loved having warm water at the outdoor shower, too. The thoughtfulness of the owners to provide rocket launch info, snacks and water for our family, and so many extras allowed our family to make wonderful memories. Thank you for making our stay as easy as possible and special for our whole family!

Great attention to detail

Other than being clean and comfortable, there were delightful little touches - a well equipped coffee bar, providing of things like post it notes and charging cables and toiletries that come in handy, as well as a full bookshelf with the freedom to take a book with you if you don't want to put it down. The light switches were labeled - so much above and beyond care. Not your ordinary stay!

Family Friendly

Hey everyone, just wanted to share our amazing experience at this beach house in Cocoa Florida! It was absolutely perfect for my family. The location was so convenient, just a short walk to the beach. And let me tell you, they had everything we needed for a fun-filled beach day - bikes, games, and even activities for the kids! The privacy of the house was also a big plus. We truly felt like we had our own little oasis. I can't recommend this place enough. It had everything we needed and more. If you're looking for a family-friendly beach house, this is the one! 🏖️🌊 It was also a short walk to Healing Hands where we enjoyed a couples massage !💆‍♀️I can’t wait to come back .

Beautiful House

This trip was for three brothers and their wife’s to get together due to one wife is fighting cancer. This home had everything you could think of. It was just so beautiful. Patio in front and back. Comfortable beds, kitchen that was beautiful filled with everything you needed. The hosts were just great. We really enjoyed our short trip and will differently be back. Wonderful space! My family and I enjoyed this home during a 3-night stay in Cocoa Beach. The bikes, boogie boards and other beach necessities were great! And you can't beat the commute to the beach - 2 blocks to either beach access point. Great restaurants, bars and other local spots nearby, too. The place felt safe, quiet and tranquil. We enjoyed the outdoor space and the outdoor shower, too. Book this place!

Clean and welcoming

This house was the cleanest and most welcoming rental I've stayed in yet. Everything was provided above and beyond the essentials. Everything was clean and worked properly. Nothing was in disrepair. Host was great and easy to work with. Really felt like we were in our own house. I don't think we'll be back to cocoa beach anytime soon but I would love to stay here again if we ever did make it back!

Fantastic

Words don't describe this place. It's very professional maintained and walkable to whatever you need. Hospitality is next level. Very welcoming and warm. If you end up in Cocoa Beach look no further and just book this place. I'll definitely book the same place next time I go Cocoa Beach. :)

Unbelievable attention to detail in an adorable setting

We consider ourselves VRBO connoisseurs --I mean we sleep around a lot.... And I have to tell you --we have never stayed anyway in the US, that was so well equipped with every single creature comfort that you imagine, from complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste to band aids and a sprain kit!! The hosts legitimately treated us better than family and made sure that we felt completely at home in every aspect of the stay They accommodated our small boat being stored their property and even helped us backing up (when leaving) by holding up traffic on AIA! We are already looking for excuses to return to Cocoa to stay there again Fantastic people Highly recommended
