Perfect condo!!!

Zareh was wonderful to deal with. Great communication about our stay beforehand and while we were there, he was very happy to suggest things to do and answering any questions we had. The condo was provided with laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels and soaps for the sinks, dishwasher and shower, along with shampoo and conditioner. We were very pleased with the balcony view of the pool and ocean. They keep the entire property very clean, there was always a kind gentleman, blowing leaves, debris or cleaning up in the walkways. We will definitely be back. Thank you again for a great stay!

Family Vacay and Disney

The unit was as advertised. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The pool was clean and the beach access was minutes away. I was disappointed with the amount of shells at the beach making it hard to walk in and out of the water. But we made it work. Many food options. We had dinner at the pier and drove to Cocoa Village a few nights for shopping. Publix is conveniently located across the street. The beach chairs came in handy for our family of five. I would recommend investing in a new beach umbrella for the unit, beach blanket and some board games. We also visited disney for my daughter's 10th birthday. Quick 45 min ride. We will definitely use this condo for future trips to Cocoa Beach!

Sweet Getaway!

Property was exactly as described and perfect for our short getaway! The property has been recently renovated and had everything we needed. Loved that the condo had beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. A few "room for improvement" items include: Shower curtains were stained at the bottom and one had mold/mildew. (They needed to be cleaned, so I washed them which helped, but the stains weren't completely removed.) The primary shower had mold and mildew in grout lines which is totally gross & unacceptable. Also, even though the property was recently renovated, the floor tile grout in the bathrooms is already pretty dirty. The beach umbella pole was broken, but duck taped. (It didn't work well for us but was better than nothing.) It might be nice to have an area rug in the living space to make it seem a little warmer & less noisy. The booking through vrbo indicated to print a parking pass however the vrbo instructions should mention the parking passes are located near the elevators and you don't need to bring a red colored parking pass with you.

Accurate listing, nice area, maybe not family friendly

Overall we really enjoyed staying at this property. The location is great- only a couple condo buildings north of the Cocoa Beach pier. We watched a couple rocket launches from the Kennedy Space Center right from the beach! The condo building property is gated and very secure. The unit itself is exactly as pictured. Beds were quite firm but still comfortable. There are 4 very nice beach chairs and a beach umbrella for the beach. The pool is quite large and very nice, lots of chairs around for sitting in. The balcony is nice for sitting on and although the building sits at an angle there is still a nice view of the beach. Some things to know...the unit is on the 3rd floor. There is one elevator located at the center of the building but there are no luggage carts- there are some small grocery carts. We opted to take the stairs closest to the parking spot for the unit because it was faster. The complex didn't seem very family friendly. Many of the guests were snowbirds and were loudly complaining about the "spring breakers". One gentleman kicked our pool noodle on his way out of the pool one day. You aren't allowed to have inflatable pool toys or balls/throwing toys in the pool which would have been good to know before arrival. Lastly, the unit had not been cleaned prior to us getting there. After a quick phone call Zareh came out with cleaning supplies, fresh bedding, cinnamon rolls and a gift card for our troubles and we were refunded our cleaning fee. Overall, great stay!

Amazing first stay

Great condo just as pictured. Located in a perfect spot near grocery store, restaurants and right on the beach with a fantastic pool, You cannot ask for more! My family had a great time and Zareh was great with all communication and answered all my questions promptly. Our family would def recommend and we hope to return soon! Great week of beach and baseball

Our family had the perfect week enjoying this property along with plenty of beach and pool time when we were not at the ball fields. We were down to watch our son play in a tournament at the Space Coast complex. Everything was spot on from check in until the time we left. Super clean and comfortable with an updated modern feel. Thanks for everything and we definitely hope to get back.

Baseball week accommodations

Perfect location on Cocoa Beach, across from the hotel our kids were staying at for baseball games in FL. The covered balcony was nice to be able to be outside for breakfast/lunch without getting too much sun. Access to the beach was perfect. And the pier is a block away. Grocery store is 2 blocks and lots of good restaurants close by. Only thing we would have liked was an extra blanket for each bed. It was chilly sleeping, even with the air conditioning set at a higher temp.

Month in Cocoa Beach

Property was exactly as pictured. Had everything we needed for a month’s stay. Convenient to beach and all that Cocoa Beach has to offer. We enjoyed pool, beach, biking, golf, and the local restaurants and bars. We saw 2 concerts - America and Beach Boys at The King sCenter in Melbourne. Awesome place to see a concert. Look forward to 2024!

Very nice place and location

Overall loved this place but I’m going to start with the negatives. The rating would have been 5 stars but we took the kids an hour away to a theme park and came back and screens from the windows had been placed inside the condo. They were water proofing while we were gone but that wasn’t the problem. My husband and dad was very upset that someone came in the condo while we were over an hour away and no one said anything. I tried calling someone because vrbo said they should have at least notified us or asked us to put the screens in. Nothing was missing but someone had lined our shoes up perfectly. The baby had them carried off everywhere and we just didn’t like that someone had messed with our stuff. I tried calling but didn’t get an answer. I’ve stayed at multiple different vrbo properties and no one has ever came in while you were gone and didn’t say anything. One other downside is the extremely big tv is not anchored to the wall. With an infant and toddler I constantly had to make sure they didn’t get near it. My husband also wanted me to mention the stove is new but it took over 30 minutes for the water to boil for us to cook so if you plan on cooking it takes a while for that and for the oven to preheat. Overall the property was awesome. I loved the decor and the location. Honestly one of the nicest places I have stayed. The place was very clean. Comfortable beds. My family had an amazing vacation.

Perfect condo to enjoy the beach. Surfing and boogie boarding were awesome. Easy access to beach, pool, and pier. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and groceries.

SUPER clean, GREAT location next to beach

We were so happy with this property. We stayed with our 4 kids. The property was very well maintained. The property manager was super easy to reach and reached out to be sure we were doing well. Boogie boards, chairs and umbrella came with the rental which was super convenient. Excellent location to the beach, we walked there every day!

Love Cocoa Beach!

We rented this condo for our family. It was an excellent location and had everything we needed. It was clean and well organized. We enjoyed the week and walked to nearby restaurants and the pier as well as spent a lot of time at the beach!

Fabulous Condo!

Specatular condo located in a great spot in Cocoa Beach! Newly renovated unit with all the amenities. Steps to the Cocoa Beach Pier, short walks to dining and the grocery store. Owners were thoughtful enough to leave beach chairs, cooler, umbrella - everything you need for a relaxing time on the beach. There is a heated pool, direct access to the beach, covered parking, and a tennis court on property. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be back!
