Condo was also painted with fresh paint throughout. Beautiful unobstructed 7th floor ocean/beach vista and view of the cape launch pad. Less than one hour from OIA and Disney, minutes from Kennedy Space Center, the cruise ship terminals and in the heart of Cocoa Beach. You simply will not believe the beatiful view from this unit. Watch the cruise ships sail out to sea Saturday and Sunday afternoons from the balcony!

My family and I had a wonderful time here! Our host was communicative (and helped us out when we left our swim suits behind!), the property was clean and quiet, and we LOVED the pool and hot tub, not to mention our proximity to the beach. There are also parks within walking distance, and all the shops and restaurants without any of the noise. Highly, highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was clean with all the extra’s you might need on hand. The layout was lovely, and the kitchen was a dream. Super comfortable king mattress on the master. Very clean, comfortable, beautiful pool, so close to the beach. Kitchen well stocked. There was construction next door, but nothing anyone can do about that. Had an excellent stay.

Another great stay at Stan's condo

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at this property and would recommend it 100% to anyone visiting the area. There is construction going on next door and they do start early but that is something we knew about in advance. You are just steps from the beach, pool, shopping and dining. Great location and host.

Great Getaway!

I came to this condo with my husband and four year old daughter. We had a fabulous time! The beach was a short beautiful walk. So convenient! The pool on location was a huge plus as well. Stan had every thing we could possibly need for our stay. My only complaint was I didn’t feel like the condo was very clean. I wiped counters down and vacuumed when we got there. The beach towels were also pretty worn and small. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Great location and very nice condo. Clean and updated with easy access to the beach and pool. There is hotel construction going on next door which was pretty loud and 2 nights they worked at night also with bright lights that lit up the whole condo all night. Not the owner’s fault , just a heads up to anyone who might be staying this summer.

Excellent property! My only comment is that it really can’t sleep 6 as the two full beds won’t accommodate two adults each. Small children might be able to fit. I also wrongly assumed the two couches were sleeper sofas. I would stay here again, but bring air mattresses to fit a party of 6 adults.

Great Girl's Weekend Getaway

Thank you for a really nice place for our girl's getaway weekend. The condo was clean, bright, updated, comfortable and beautifully beach decorated - a really nice set up. Location was ideal to the beach with a nice beach view, private pool, ample on-site parking, lots of stores and local restaurants nearby, and being less than an hour from Orlando Airport made our travels plans easier. We will definitely book again next time we're in Cocoa Beach.

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

The condo was perfect. Clean, close to the beach and with a beautiful view. We watched three Space X launches from the balcony. A short walk to the beach and pool. Only downfall was a huge construction project next door, so much noise during working hours but quiet in the evening and weekends. Fortunately, a lot of the noise could not be heard inside the condo. Highly recommend. Thank you Stan!

Wonderful, impeccably clean condo, on Cocoa Beach!

Had a great stay at Sandcastles. Very nice grounds and pool area. The condo itself was very clean - did not show signs of frequent beach stay wear and tear that unfortunately many condos do. Luggage racks were a very appreciated perk as were the plentiful beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards - made packing easy and saved having to go buy toys for the beach that would only get left behind. Extra towels would have been nice so that we at least had a spare per person in lieu of having to launder any on vacation, but this was a minor detail and suggestion in an overall positive stay! The balcony is very spacious with a grand view of Port Canaveral and the beach. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great place

The condo was clean and spacious. We used the kitchen daily to prepare and cook our meals. Parking was a short walk from the building. Stan was quit to respond to our needs. I would recommend this condo. We will return next year.

This place is conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants and businesses. It was a great experience and cool place to stay, it was very nice that it included all the beach toys & chairs we needed which helped reduce the packing required for our trip!

Great location and fabulous condo

My family came down for a week-long baseball tournament and this condo was they perfect getaway for us. It is always steps from the beach and the condo itself is very modern a very well equipped for a long stay. The owner is very responsive and was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be looking to book this condo again on our next trip to the Cocoa Beach area.

Paradise from home!

The property and unit were just what we needed after a busy few days of competitive cheer and Disney for the D1 Summit. Everything we needed was provided, the beds are comfortable and the view is amazing! Would love to stay again next year!
