Enjoy this completely updated, spacious condo located right on the beach! This 2 bed/2 bath unit with side ocean view from south balcony and sunsets from the west balcony, and fully equipped kitchen.

This modern condo features:
Kitchen with maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.
Modern bedrooms with all new furniture and hardwood flooring.
Updated bathrooms with porcelain tile, frame-less shower doors, and much more.
3 flat screen TVs. 50' in the family room and 40' in each bedroom.
Master bedroom (15 x 14) has a King Size Bed with Sealy Plush Euro Pillow Top mattress and a huge walk in closet. The other bedroom (13 x 12) has Two Full (Double) Size Beds equipped with foam memory mattresses.
Separate dining area (13 x 10) and spacious living room (16 x 15).
The laundry room is in the unit.
WI-FI and cable TV provided.

Sandcastles, one of the most sought after vacation condominiums in Cocoa Beach, has private beach access, pool, hot tub, recreation room, sauna and private lighted tennis court.
Beautiful beaches are the main attractions. Water sports, rentals, kayaking, biking, and surfing are here, walk to parks, restaurants and shopping malls, super centers and movies within 6 miles.
Nearby attractions include Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, Cocoa Downtown, Melbourne downtown and the Brevard County Zoo.
It is minutes from Kennedy Space Center, the cruise ship terminals and is about 45 minutes away from Orlando, Disney World, Universal & the Orlando Airport.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, spacious, quiet, and well organized. The condo had everything we needed and more without clutter like other rentals. They even had beach chairs, which was a bonus! The pool area was extremely clean too and the water was the perfect temperature. The elevators were super fast too. Parking was extremely easy and close to the unit. I thought the location of the unit on the property was one of the best locations. There were two patios, big stocked with chairs and a table. The beds were cozy and the couch was the best! The host was great too. I would definitely recommend this rental. I can tell the host has put a lot of thought and effort into making guests feel welcomed and taken care of.

Very enjoyable stay

Property was clean and updated. Elevator was quick and never a long wait. Pool and hot tub were great for the evenings after a day at the beach. Lots of beach chairs and toys and umbrellas. Good eating in the area. People in the condos were all friendly. Plenty of parking. Beach was amazing and very clean.

1st Family Beach Vacation

Very clean. Other residents/guests were friendly. Quiet area. Pictures of the beach view from this specific unit were misleading, but didn’t change the enjoyment of the property. Beach was not overly crowded making it easy to relax and enjoy. Would love to come back someday

There were a couple of issues with the unit and the owner was very quick with getting back to me and getting the issues resolved. Regarding the cleanliness of the property, the floors could use a good scrubbing. Otherwise the rest of the unit was clean. Pictures and descriptions were accurate.

Great accommodation

My husband and eight year old son stayed at this property for one week over spring break. It was such an upgrade from when we previously stayed in a hotel. It's located in a convenient location. The unit was so clean and felt like home away from home. The washer and dryer were incredibly convenient and were so helpful to have. The beach gear was great to have access to use. The pool and jacuzzi were utilized daily and well maintained. We met so many other visiting families while there and it was truly a relaxing vacation. My only suggestion would be to maybe have some type of wagon or buggy to transport the beach chairs and gear. It was a lot of stuff to lug back and forth. Otherwise everything we needed was already there. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Everything we wanted and MORE

My husband and I stayed here and it was AMAZING! It's a perfect location to everything and anything Cocoa Beach has to offer. The condo was so clean and had everything we needed... even chairs and a cooler to take to the beach!! The pool and hot tub were perfect too! If you're looking for a great place to stay for your next vacation THIS IS IT!!!!
