Nestled in a quiet residential area, only 6 blocks from the vibrant downtown Cocoa Beach, our space offers the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. The unit boasts two bedrooms and one bath, featuring two comfortable outdoor sitting areas. One area showcases a gas grill, a dining table, and ample seating, while the other provides a ceiling fan and a spacious covered space to unwind. Don't miss the spectacular Florida sunset. The accommodations include a queen bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the other, ensuring a comfortable night's rest.

We've got your beach essentials covered, from portable chairs to towels and boogie boards and even a cart to bring it all down to the beach. The unit is fully furnished with everything you'll need, including dishes, towels, WiFi, and Roku tv.

Enjoy the convenience of free parking with one designated space on the property, supplemented by ample street parking. The beach and river are a mere three blocks away, each in opposite directions, providing diverse options for exploration. Downtown Cocoa Beach is just a six-block stroll or a quick bike ride away. Discover charming coffee shops and eateries like Cafe Sufinista (a surfing shop as well) and Coconuts on the Beach. Downtown has plenty of nightlife if you're looking for that, and it's walkable!

For those seeking adventure on the water, our 6 kayaks (4 adult and 2 youth) are equipped with lightweight dollies, maps, and instructions. Life jackets are provided, adhering to Florida law. If kayaking isn't your speed, consider one of the many river cruises available in the area.
Just a 10-minute drive from Port Canaveral and conveniently located just an hour outside of Orlando, our property makes for an ideal home base. Plan a delightful day trip to any of the Disney Parks or Disney Springs, adding an extra layer of fun to your stay.

Bicycles, including two for children, are also at your disposal on our property. For families with little ones, we offer a high chair, crib, and stroller upon request.
