Great place to stay, its a clean community right on the beach. The management company is very responsive and great about checking in to see if you need anything. The condo is just so cute with everything you would need aside from food. The pool and outdoor games are such an added bonus!

Our family enjoyed the property! Feet away from beach, beautiful view, close to restaurants and entertainment, and very clean!

Beautiful location. Beautiful condo. We really enjoyed our time there. There are three things we would like to see increased and this is not on the person we rented from it’s for the property itself and they are #1 more handicap spots as there is only one. #2 more monitoring on who is parking in the lot as we believe we saw people using spots but not staying there and #3 more security watching on the property as we did notice people jumping the fence and heading towards the pool and bbq area. If they were living there or renting they wouldn’t need to jump a fence.

This condo was very convenient to the beach and walking around. Its a little drive to "downtown" Cocoa Beach but we enjoyed walking around the area. We walked to the Ron Jon Store and Wizard of Oz museum as well as a putt putt etc. The beach was very peaceful and the water was amazing. Loved watching the sunrise every morning on the rooftop! Had some minor plumbing issues that were taken care of immediately as soon as I e-mailed the property manager.

The condo was fully stocked with our every need.Towels, beach chairs and umbrella were very nice to have. The beach themed decor was nicely done and it was very comfortable. The entire property was exceptionally maintained and manicured.

Enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were great. Everything we needed for the beach, cooking and lounging were available. Great location too. We will be back.

Perfect location for small kids

This place was perfect for my family with 3 young kids. The 2 bedroom had lots of room and was stocked to be able to cook meals. Bbq available by the pool. Heated pool with afternoon shade. Easy access to the beach. We had a great stay!

Great place to stay

Loved it! Would definitely stay here again! Host was very easily reached and friendly. Condo had the “extra small touches” beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, shuffle board and clean. Location was great!

Will be visiting again!

Location location location!! Such a great place to stay, close to the pier and nice places to eat. Kennedy Space Center was around a 30 minute drive with traffic. The place itself is large and great for a family. It was nice to have the beach supplies provided and made the stay that much easier. Overall very enjoyable and hope to go back soon!

Great location!

My daughter and I spent 4 nights in the condo. It was everything we needed. Beach chairs and towels for our use. Location to the beach is wonderful. Will definitely be back!

wonderful weekend getaway

we had a wonderful stay at this condo, very clean so close to the beach .there were beach chairs and umbrellas and beach towels there etc, less for us to pack driving over . We will come back for another weekend soon . the host Zareth was nice and told us about a boat race and schedule on beach that we didnt know about ., nice bonus thank you

Air was fixed immediately.

Great condo on the beach. My family stayed the week and enjoyed the off street parking, the tv's in each room, and the beach. We had an issue with the air not working but this was fixed immediately. We will use Vrbo again.

Nice room for a relaxing time at the beach!

Room was nice and having umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler and chairs was wonderful, it made being at the beach even nicer. Got to see a space launch from the rooftop! Nice size place, able to be on the beach in minutes after leaving room.

Coco Beach Paridise

This property has an amazing location. Beach just steps away or an amazing pool, you pick. We watched two rocket launches from the sky deck. Very close walk to the Coco Beach Boardwalk with bar and restaurant. We will be back!!

Lovely condo

We loved everything about this condo. Very clean, loved all the kitchen necessities, dishes and cookware (I may buy some of this cookware for me!). Our balcony had a southern exposure so we enjoyed the afternoon sun and had protection from the cooler wind. Enjoyed watching a launch from the rooftop. Loved the heated pool and easy access to beach. Close to pier and Publix.

The great things about this condo: clean, comfortable, good ocean views, overall location, quietness of the neighborhood, beach equipment provided, great view of rocket launches, roof top patio. Drawbacks: none.

Great Location

Clean and stocked condo on the beach! It came with beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella! We had no issues getting into the condo. Kelsey from stayincocoabeach.com. was attentive and very helpful. The complex was nicely maintained and perfect location for restaurants and shops. The beach is just steps away! We would definitely stay again!
