Enjoy amazing views of the Ocean from your 3rd floor, direct Oceanfront balcony. This unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! This unit features a King bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and only a Queen air mattress. In addition, everything you need is provided such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more.

The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jons Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

Enjoy all of the amenities the Chateau by the Sea building has to offer such as a heated oceanfront pool and private access to the beach. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals.

This place is in a great location, plenty of parking, and very convenient. The balcony overlooks the beach and we were able to watch rocket launches from the balcony. The unit is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We come to Florida every year ahead of a cruise and we will definitely consider staying here again. We had a billing issue and they have been working with us to get it cleared up. Excellent communication.

This unit was very clean and the right size for us to relax after the holidays. The bed was very confortable. We loved having a table and high chairs on the balconey. A lot of places have low chairs where you see the railing. We very much enjoyed the rooftop. It was grat to up there and sit at night watching moon rise and sunset. We were especially thrilled to see a rocket launch. We would love to come back again.

Our stay was very good. Only complaint was the pull out couch was broken and I couldn't use.

Great place, good location close to Kennedy space center and a great beach right on the doorstep. Room is well furnished and has all you need to hit the beach.

Excellent location

The condo was a great location with view of the beach /pier . The pool was nice for the kids to go to after the beach . We traveled to Universal which was only an hour away very convenient . We will definitely be coming back . The Marina was a great place for dinner and fishing charters . Check in was very simple and Kitchen had everything you need with grocery store 2 min away .

We enjoyed this property very much! It was quiet and accessible to everything. The balcony overlooking the pool and beach was perfect. I enjoyed sitting there in the early morning to catch beautiful sunrises, watch ships and boats pass by and even got to see dolphins every morning!The rooftop made it super easy to watch launches from the Cape which was one of the main reasons we chose this spot.Easy walking distance to several food spots and ice cream for the family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location, actually perfect. You can see launches from Cape Canaveral as well as cruise ships from the property. Extra special because we could bring our furry family member with us, our little dachshund. Beds were comfy. Only suggestion would be to get comfortable couch and chair for living area as well as felt applied to bottom of dining chairs. Will definitely return.

Spring Break

Your property was absolutely perfect. My daughter is a first year teacher so I went Spring Breaking with her. Her twin brother joined us for 3 days. It was the perfect place and perfect location.

Beautiful View

We loved the condo, it was just as described, really better than described as it is closer to the beach than the pictures show. We were able to see a space shuttle launch during our stay which was amazing. It was a wonderful vacation. We will for sure be back.

The property manager was quick to respond to our last minute request to extend our stay due to a flight change. The unit was clean and just as described. The building was a quiet retreat with easy access to the beach.

Great Location

This condo is a great location for a beach vacation. We loved the fact that the Cocoa Beach Pier was just a short walk down the beach. The condo itself is nice enough... the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are VERY small. But the price was good and everything in the condo was in good working order. Overall I would recommend this place.

Everything about chateau was great, the view, beach, rocket launch viewing and booster landing at cape canaveral on the rooftop was clear. Will definitely come back in a couple years
