The property is located in central Cocoa Beach. There is a supermarket within a half mile and plenty of restaurants nearby. The convenient Cocoa Beach location brings you close to Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, the Cocoa Beach Pier, and within an hour from Orlando, FL. Nearby you can enjoy golfing, kayaking, parasailing, and deep sea fishing just to name a few!

The property features a large heated Outdoor Pool, hot tub, Sauna, Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, on-site Restaurant, sports courts, Shuffleboard, Ping Pong, a Game Room, Billiards, a Movie Theater, a BBQ Area, Free Parking, and Complimentary Wireless Internet. The resort also boasts direct beach access, making it easy to enjoy sunbathing, swimming, or surfing. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach.

The building is located directly on Cocoa Beach and the condo provides a view of the Atlantic Ocean from the side of the building. This deluxe two bedroom condo has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. The condo sleeps up to six people. It is equipped with a washer and dryer. There is a TV in each bedroom and the living room. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub. This is an amazing condo with lots of space, very clean, well maintained, and plenty of amenities. For families with infants and toddlers, cribs and high chairs can be provided free of charge (upon request).

An ID and a credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit.

Room assignments for guests of owners will be done according to the time/date they were booked. The units will be assigned the morning of check-in day by the Front Desk. Until 10 am the desk is busy with check outs and day passes. Owner units have priority for high floors. You can register anytime after 10 am. They will call your cell phone when your assigned room is ready. If you arrive early, you are welcome to obtain a day pass to utilize the amenities while you wait for your room to be ready. Day passes can be obtained starting at 8 am.
