Had a very nice stay. However, there was just a slight view of the beach, the sheets were too small for the master bed & the kitchen needs to be updated.

We absolutely loved everything about this condo! Location, proximity to the beach and amenities. The unit was sparlking clean and had all of the things we needed to enjoy the condo and the beach! We can't wait to come back!

Great Stay

Beautiful condo with ocean view. Easy access to beach, pier, shopping, and restaurants. Property manager provided excellent communication prior to and throughout stay. Would stay again when traveling to the Cocoa Beach area.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect beach getaway with my cousin and our moms. The condo was right on the beach, easy access, pool, and pier and restaurants in walking distance. Check in was so simple and Zareh was so helpful with sending information. Came with 4 comfortable beach chairs, beach towels, and kitchen appliance for easy at home meals. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway Spot

Perfect quiet getaway, expectations were met and the description is spot on. Close to many restaurants. If you never want to drive anywhere, you wouldn’t have to. We also had the privilege of seeing a night shuttle launch. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

The condo was very clean with easy check-in. The beach was large and low crowds. Cocoa Beach the town could clean the beach a little. A lot of old sea weed all the way down the beach. But the location is great and the pool clean. I would return.

Happy Palms is the very best, they have the best Customer Service. The best and the cleanest rentals available! Zarch is wonderful to work with. Cocoa Beach Towers is roomy, excellent kitchen supplies, well Stocked with other supplies, chairs, coolers, etc. Cocoa Beach Towers is conveniently located to the pier and many restaurants within walking distance.
