    Enjoy amazing views of the Ocean from your top floor, direct Oceanfront balcony. This penthouse unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jons Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

    Unit 508 has a King bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen air mattress in the living room. In addition, everything you need is provided such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more

    Enjoy all of the amenities (at no cost) the Chateau by the Sea building has to offer such as a heated oceanfront pool and private access to the beach. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals.

We had a wonderful time at this ocean front property. The view was exceptional. I had my morning coffee watching the waves! It was clean, comfortable, spacious 2 bedroom that did not disappoint. The listing was listed just as expected with positive all around. Thank you!

Location Location Location

Beautiful condo on the fifth floor. Beautiful sunrises and right next to the Pier. Teenagers were able to have their independence and walked everywhere. We explored NASA Kennedy Space Center and Universal Parks.

Fun week on the beach

We enjoyed the view from our condo, the roof top, the pool...as well as easy beach access. We could walk to the grocery store and get a beverage at the Pier. We'll be back!

Week in cocoa beach

Loved the condo. Clean and convenient. My kids loved having a tv in their room. Only complaint would be that the condo blocked the sun after 3pm at the pool. Loved the view of the beach.

Wonderful facility

Loved everything about Chateau by the Sea! Perfect location. Beautiful view. Close to good restaurants, grocery, shopping. Walk to Cocoa Beach Pier. The entire facility was clean and well kept. If you get tired of the beach (I can’t imagine), the pool was great! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning!

Relaxing time

My wife and I had a wonderful time here. It was peaceful and nobody bothered us. The room itself had everything we needed and Zareh had everything set up to make it an easy process. Definitely will be back wished we'd never left!

Wonderful Stay!!

My husband and I stayed in 508 for a 3 day weekend trip and had a great time! Room was clean and had an amazing view! We really enjoyed having a full kitchen/microwave and living room area. Staff was exceptional and condo has your basic amenities like paper towel etc, they even provide supplies for the beach which is so convenient!

Perfect Way to Escape the Snow

Our stay at Chateau By The Sea was amazing. The location next to the Cocoa Beach Pier was ideal for viewing surfers, cruise ships and rocket launches. The property is well maintained with a heated pool and roof top deck. Our condo was updated with new furnishings and well equipped with many amenities. Stay in Cocoa Beach made booking easy.

Total relaxation!

Love this place, quite and private when you have ocean front views. Everything is close, we walked to Publix and had breakfast at Duncan Donuts. Coming back next year. Maybe every summer, thanks to management for making things so easy.

We love staying at Chateau By The Sea!! We have stayed there twice now and will continue to stay when we make it back to cocoa Beach. It is a very clean place, Love the amenities, Love the location, it is very convenient to walk to all of our favorite bars and restaurants! Easy check in and check out, the property manager checks in with you to make sure you don't need anything. Love the place, will not stay any where else when visiting Cocoa Beach!!
