    Unit 303 is right next to the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The Pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner, drinks and live music, there is something for everyone. Bringing kids? You can visit the arcade or ice cream shop during the day, and go for a romantic dinner at night. You are also only a few minutes from the Famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

    The balcony is great given its Southern exposure, which offers lots of sunlight! This unit comes with everything you would need on a vacation such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more. The condo has a king bed, two twin beds, and ONLY a queen air mattress.

    Chateau By The Sea is one of the few buildings with an oceanfront heated pool so you can swim and enjoy a great view of the pier and ocean. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals.

The unit were perfect for us, two couples. Easy access to the beach and equipments. Really appreciate the amenities like beach chairs, towels, etc. Big TV to watch football games in the evenings. It's was a great stay.

The location was perfect! It was really nice to have beach equipment there and not have to bring it. Cute little condo. I did basic cooking and the kitchen had what I needed. I would add a couple of pot holders. They had very large gloves that were kind of hard to use. Overall great stay!

Great Condo

We had a wonderful time staying at Chateau by the Sea. The condo was perfect. It was much bigger than expected and the layout and decor were great. Also, the location was fantastic-steps from the beach and a quick walk or drive to restaurants and shops! We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

We took our 3 kids to Chateau and had a great time! Location was amazing, property was clean and fully stocked. We couldn't have been happier. The weather was amazing which made the stay even better! We plan to come back.

You will love it here. It is quiet, right on the beach but centrally located.

I have stayed at Chateau by the Sea several times now and I am never disappointed. The managers could not be nicer or more accommodating.

Wonderful Stay in Cocoa Beach

We had a fantastic 10-day trip to Cocoa Beach. Our condo was very clean and spacious. The location is unbeatable and we absolutely loved the rooftop patio and view. The rental staff was extremely attentive and made everything easy. I would definitely recommend this rental and look forward to staying there again!

Very clean, nice layout. Good beach access and great viewing platform to watch rocket launches. Excellent communication with the host and team throughout our stay. The beach essentials were very helpful to our family as we flew down. 4 chairs, large cooler, one umbrella (2 would have been ideal but it was free and we didn’t have to think about it), 2 boogie boards. Nice beach - 3 min walk to the pier, you can rent umbrellas and chairs there as well if you prefer. The pool was small but clean and the entire stay we had no noise issues at all. This was also wonderful for a relaxing stay!45 min drive from Melbourne airport and 35 min drive to Kennedy Space center. We had one issue that was addressed within 24 hours - the washer/dryer wasn’t working and needed a part. We were given an alternate option to wash clothes which was fine. I would book again with this agent and the unit.

We loved this location with very easy access to the beach. Space was good for a family of 4. Liked that there are codes for everything so you don't need to worry about keys or key cards. Absolutely love rooftop deck!

Great place!

My family and I loved this condo! We found it to be a big space, very clean and well-stocked. Lots of items for beach use which were in great condition. Easy access to the beach, nice pool, and the roof top seating was amazing. Very highly recommend!!

Definitely Surprised!

Definitely stay here! Here is why... Clean, Great amenities, full size washer and dryer, the bathrooms are more than awesome! The pool is beautiful, Cornhole, Shuffle board court, BBQ area, steps to the Pier, rooftop deck to watch 🚀 launch, can't beat the price, freezer has ice maker. More than enough space!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here. Loved the location on the beach. The unit was perfect for our group. Came with 2 beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella and 2 bodyboards. Very convenient. We also tried many of the restaurants suggested by the host. All were great. Thank you!

Perfect Location!

The condo was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect to go to the beach and for the use of a sand wheelchair for my mom. It was a direct walking route. Whenever I needed something Zareh messaged me back and took care of what I needed. Would definitely stay there again.
