Took a girls trip and had an absolute blast! It was a perfect setup for 3 of us to enjoy our time! The host was amazing as well! highly recommend staying here!

We loved staying at Cocoa Beach Condo - it was exactly as it was described on listing. Clean, great communication from host, close to the beach. Best "bang for your buck." Would highly recommend!

This place was a quick walk to the beach and we seen manatees and an alligator after walking about 10 minutes to the river. Awesome place and easy to get around. Very safe.

This the perfect place for a little get away. Super close to the beach and only a 15 minute walk to the downtown area. Sarah was amazing and let us check in an hour and a half early for our stay. Everything was very clean and comfortable and we had a great time!

Cozy, quiet,and loved the hidden atmosphere of the backside,outside little fenced area.My favorite touch was the unexpected like beach toys and Ms.Pacman
